Oh lawdy VALVe Corp, the only company that can't count to three. I've waited sooo long for Portal 3, or Half-Life 3, Dota 3, but not Team fortress 3. The thing I don't get is why can't they just stop making Tom Clancy games and actually make something half the steam community wants*. Sure, steam is all cool, and there are fabulous games in the store, but I have yet to see a new VALVe game that interests me.
I suppose the most damning piece of evidence is Half-Life 2. The only thing currently being released in the Half-Life series is DLCs. That's it. same with Portal. Just community made maps for Portal 2. I suppose they'll start to ruin TF2 as well.
The last time a new game was released was actually not that long ago. That would be Dota 2, but the last time a non-MMO game was released was back in 2007! Seven years, is that how long it takes to make ONE measly game? The COD franchise gets a new one EVERY. SINGLE. YEAR. What the heck is the logic in this?
