You wake up to notice that today is Sunday. You looked outside. Birds were singing, flowers were blooming, and on days like this, kids like Dora should be burning in hell.You jumped out of bed slightly blushing thinking that you were gonna see Elmo again. You walked to your closet to pick out something to wear. You decided to pick something simple but still something that would catch Elmo's attention (͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
When you finished getting dressed, you realized that none of you discussed a time. You didn't want to show up at the spooky forest all by yourself. That's when a light bulb lit up in your head. You crawled on the floor over to your closet, where you saw the muscular fluff sleeping. Your face got red at the sight. He was so cute when he slept. Then the two black eyes opened only to stare at you back.
" Morning y/n" Elmo said while stretching his arms.
"Wait, I haven't seen you since Friday, where you legit in my closet since then?" You asked blankly
" A monster has to sleep, besides I have a stressful job, and I need rest ever so often" Elmo said smirking while giving eye contact. "Wait! It's Sunday right?" He said with realization
" Yep! I'm already to go when you are!" You said smiling at his handsome face.
Soon you two headed out the door and made your way to the spooky forest talking about your plan and ways to improve it. Ever so often when you were walking you and Elmo's hand would slip past each other, and both of you would just look away flustered. You and Elmo could see Swipper in the distance.
"Took ya long enough! What were you two doing?" Swipper said while kind of smiling. ಠ_ಠ You knew at what he was hinting at, but you didn't want to bring it up. Swipper then looked at his Gucci watch and said " we should probably start heading toward Dora's" Elmo and you nodded and all three of you started walking to her house. Right in-front of your eyes was a yellow building with blue and pink shapes on it. " this is the place?" Elmo said.
Swipper said " for sure" while concentrating on her house.
Swipper then pointed to a window. " that's where we enter, I'll go first." He said while slipping through the window with ease. You went second. You tried to leap through but you slipped( because why not. )
Elmo swept and caught you. The two of you just stared into each other's eyes for a moment before Swipper said " Come on love birds! We have some work to do!" You and Elmo blushed as he carried you through the window. You were surprised he could fit, because he muscles could of easily got in the way.
You brushed away the thought as Elmo set you down on the floor. The smell of adventure filled the air. Swipper gestured toward a hallway. You three crept to a room with a yellow door. " ick, yellow, such an ugly color" Elmo murmured. You looked at him offended, since big bird was one of your favorite seasome street characters. You ignored it and went back to Swipper, you already crept inside Dora's room. Elmo and Swipper searched for the bag while you kept watch. Eventually Elmo found the backpack and you tip toed your way out of her room into the hall. All of you jumped out the window. You were happy that Elmo's plan was going well, but of course your day dreaming got interrupted by Dora screaming " SWIPER NO SWIPING!"
He stopped in his tracks- frozen by the sound of those words. Suddenly she did it again,
" SWIPPER NO SWIPPING!!"
Elmo and you got prepared, you two had discussed on what you would do if this happened.
"SWIPPER.NO.SWIPPING!!!"
Dora said while holding her hand out.
Swipper dropped the bag, but before it could hit the ground, Elmo snatched it and threw it to you. You of course caught it with your epic Ninga skills. Dora stood there in fear as Elmo picked you up and ran.
Swipper was no where to be seen, and you figured he ran away in a bush or something like that.
As soon as you knew it, Elmo had brought you back to your place. " so what do we do with her backpack exactly?" You asked. " we must destroy it, but first! Let's see what's inside!" You and Elmo sat down on your bedroom floor and dumped out her backpack.
Many things came crashing down on the floor. You say there surprised that all of this could fit in her medium sized bag. Elmo on the other hand didn't seem surprised. You probably should of expected it since you were aware on how much he knew about her show business. You and Elmo searched the items. A map, a feather, a book, a ladder, etc.
All of that stuff you had to admit was boring and you were hoping to find something better. Elmo looked quite disappointed too. Out of boredom you checked the time to see it was 10:00 already! You knew that you had been adventureing for a long time but you had no idea on the actual time! " hey I think we should get some sleep, we had a rough day" you said showing Elmo the time on your phone. He nodded and curled up in your closet. You changed into your pjs and covered yourself in a blanket. You yawned constantly but still you couldn't sleep. You started thinking about random things. First, where was Swipper? And second, when were you going to confess your feelings to Elmo. Was it even necessary? All these thoughts flooded your head to the point where you drifted to sleep. You and Elmo were sleeping soundly. Little did you know where Dora was, and what she was doing...
