A/N sorry I'm being kinda inactive with new chapters I'm just kinda busy 😔
You woke up on the couch in elmos beefy arms, both of you must of feel asleep while watching seasome street. You yawn and check the time, it was 9.30 sharp. You sat watching tv until the events of yesterday flooded your head. You reminded yourself of the tickets and how you needed to get rid of the third one. You couldn't be near Swipper, or Dora might take more pictures of you two. You slowly get up making sure not to disturb Elmo. You cover him with a blanket and snuck into your bedroom the best you could. You got down on your knees and searched for the tickets. Your hands glazed over all of elmos belongings. You didn't even notice he had so much so much stuff. You came across doras belongings Elmo, you, and Swipper stole. Those were the good times. When everyone was easygoing. You held up the feather that was in the backpacks pocket, you twisted it around looking at all its sides. All of a sudden the sound of elmos red fluffy feet walking down the hall thunders in your ears. "Crap-" you whispered. You put the feather back and hurried to find the slip of paper. You found one and rushingly put it in your back pocket. "What are you doing in the closet y/n?" Elmo asked giggling slightly. "I was trying to find a cool outfit for the concert today!" You said sitting on your bed nearby to cover the tickets in you pocket. "Oh ok! You worried me when I didn't see you wake up next to me" he smiled and kissed your cheek. You blushed "you shouldn't scare your boyfriend" you gave him a dazed look. It was a shame that even though you loved him you had to hide so much from him. He got up and walked out while saying " I'll make breakfast, you can stay here if you want" you watched him walk away as you took the ticket out of your (shorts/pants/skirt/dress) and ripped it up, nothing could get in between you and Elmo. You had to admit, you felt like a total yandere doing this! It was for the best of you and elmos relationship though.
You collected the bits of paper and put them in your jewelry box your family had givin to you. You used to always watch seasome street with your family when you were a child, happy and innocent, now you moved out and was in this whole drama era. The only great memories you made with your family were with that show. Elmo was part of your childhood and now he shouldn't even trust you, but he does. A tear fell from your eye. You were terrible for doing this. You wiped it away as you heard Elmo bringing breakfast to you. "I made you something special since today is a day for us" he set down the tray in front of you. It was an array of butterflied sirloin steak with a fried egg on the side. You were in shock that he defrosted a steak and cooked it in that little of time, but he made it happen. You don't even remember having a steak in your freezer- he must be doing the shopping too, but you aren't going to say no to free groceries. "This looks amazing elmo!" You said looking at the food as the scent of paprika flakes, oregano, and lemon filled your nose. It was an amazing combination. "Anything for you y/n" elmo said smiling. He was the best boyfriend you could ask for really. You took a bite, the flavor filled all your senses. You decided that today wasn't going to be filled with negative energy , and you needed to forget about Dora and Swipper. Elmo sat next to you with blueberry waffles. "You sure you don't want some of mine?" You asked taking another bite. "Nono you enjoy it" he smiled giving you a bite of his waffles, they were amazing also, since he cooked them but in the other hand how can you mess up waffles. You picked up your phone to see it was 11:23. "Hey Elmo " you said putting your empty plate to the side. "Hm?" He said with his mouth full. "What time is the concert? I assumed it would be during the night " you asked. He swallowed his food and took a look at you "hmm I think it's around 7:30 ish- lemme check the tickets" Elmo put his almost finished plate aside and went to your closet. You were panicking on the inside, crossing your fingers that he would not notice there were only two. "Oh! It's actually at 8:00 my bad, hey, where did the other ticket go?" He went going through his stuff. After about thirty seconds he stopped seeming to give up "I'll find it later" he shrugged and went to finish his breakfast. You sighed some some stress off and replaced it with relief. You were happy Elmo didn't notice that you were obviously sweating buckets and very nervous. You headed down stairs and put your plate in the supine with the other dirty dishes. You leaned against the sink thinking about the concert. You didn't even notice you were going to see your favorite band! All the positive thoughts flooded you with excitement. You couldn't wait to have a good time with the people that make you happy and fill you with joy.
