Chapter 3 The Eclipse

Solis POV
We were walking to the main dining hall from the boy's dormitory it was pretty exciting. Once we reached inside the great hall, my friend Sage was bragging about girls coming on the opposite side of the dining hall.
"Look at all the ladies man! I love this academy."
Sage smiles and gazes the girls.
"Come on Sage is that all you think about?"
I shake my head at him.
"What's wrong with girls sunny boy? What is better?"
I smirked.
"Adventure."
I suddenly felt a hard hand hit my back. Almost causing me to lose my balance. I knew it was Leander.
"Wow... I think our prince is becoming too soft."
I laughed while combing my fingers through my dark brown hair.
"It's fine dude, just remind me to send you a postcard from paradise."
The guys chuckled until the academy director walked up to her podium. Everyone in the great hall was stood on silence watching her. She was an elderly woman, introducing herself as Director Tera. Director Tera explains the rules, rooms, classes &, etc..
"Remeber this is no ordinary academy think of it as a new journey for all of you. This academy will change your life. That is all. Now students will get their schedules and a tour of our glorious Academy.

Everyone assigned to different groups. Suddenly my best friend Zander bump my shoulder.
"Look, Nyx is already in a bad mood."
I glance over to see what Zander was talking about.
"When isn't she."
I glared at Zander.
"Well, bud at least she's not in our group."
He smiled lightly while patting my shoulder.
"Thank the sun gods."
I said while I glared back at the tour guide. I was so bored already on the tour. Suddenly everyone turned their opposite direction of our group. It was two girls apologizing about a pen or something. I couldn't see the girls, Leander was in the way.
"Hey, the blonde girl is cute." Zander said still looking at the girls.
"Her friend's cute too. Maybe she can be your adventure you're always talking about."
I chuckled. The tour went on. I glance around and I notice a girl sneaking away from the group.
"Where is she going?"

Luna POV
I had Estrella cover for me while I sucked out of the tour. Everything is amazing its everything my mother describe it would be. As I walked into a corridor, admiring the Victorian structure. I wonder if there's any dungeon or secret rooms. While I was walking until I spotted a unique door. Should I go in? Maybe no one will notice. I enter the mysterious room as quickly as I could. The room had one window. It was dusty. I don't think anyone uses this room.
"Whoa!"
I said in shocked. There was a tall mirror in the mirror in the middle of the secret room. It was beautiful. I wonder if it was enchanted. What if you can take you to another realm? Maybe it's that mirror from... What's that fairytale boom called?
"Alice in Wonderland?"
A mysterious voice burst in the quiet room.
I gasp as I turned to the direction of the voice. I was so frightened jump backward accidentally bumping into the mirror. Causing it to lean forward. If it wasn't for the stranger who caught it on time. The giant mirror would have crushed me. I shut my eyes afraid of what the mirror fell.
"Are you ok?"
He spoked. I opened my eyes looking up, I found myself staring into his copper eyes.
"Yes."
I whisper. I couldn't look away.
"Are you ok? "
I whisper.
"Yes."
He grinned.
"Why are you whispering?"
I said looking up at his eyes.
"Umm, you were whispering."
He smiled. I moved away while I felt my stomach getting queasy. My words were tied up and couldn't speak. I stared at the stranger adjusting the massive mirror. He turned around facing me. He extended his hand.
"Hi, my name is Solis, What's yours?"
I stared at him than his hand.
"Hello, my name is Luna."
I shook his hand and quickly move my hand away.
"You have beautiful eyes!"
He said admiring my eyes. I felt embarrassed and glared down at my hands. Trying not to make eye contact.
"So what brings you? Did you follow me?"
I said glaring at him. Solis began to rub his head.
"Well, I noticed you left the group. So I thought I can tag along. Sorry if I frighten you. I didn't mean to. So why did you leave the group?"
He said with a grin.
"I was curious about the academy and I wanted to explore it. I guess you know how I found this room."
I scan the room.
"I'm glad I follow you out of the tour, I've always wanted to go on adventure lets make one of our own."
A grin came upon my face. Moments later we're walking down the corridor talking. It felt as if we were talking for hours. Until Arie trail of lights signally me to go back.
"I'm sorry, Solis can we pause this adventure. My friend Arie set this trial to let me know the tour is almost over."
I glance at his copper eyes.
"Oh ok. Can I ask you something?"
He said nervously.
"Yea sure."
He swiftly grabs my left and raised it to his face.
"Can we meet in the hidden garden tonight."
I literally I couldn't stop blushing. Try to act normal. Try to act normal.
"I'll think about it."
I left following the trail. I heard Solis yelling in the distance behind me.
"Alright, Ms. Luna I'll play your game."

I got to the group just in time.
"Ok, that's it. Everyone get back to your dorms. Classes start the day after tomorrow. You have a free day to get your supplies. Thank you, you are all dismissed."
The head person said. Everyone left in different directions. Across the distance, my eyes met with Solis's. I felt as if the world stood still in time. I broke contact when Aurie repeats my name & waving her hand in from of my face.
"Hello! Luna? Earth to Luna. Helloo?"
She said extending her hello.
"Sorry I was distracted."
I said looking away. Suddenly Arie grabbed my face. I felt her glared.
"Oh, my stars you met a guy! Didn't you!"
She shrieks with excitement. I immediately felt embarrassed.
"Kinda."
I said shyly.
"Come on let's talk more in the dorm."
Arie said while dragging me back to the dorm. I glance back finding the girl I bump to earlier glaring at me.
