Melody ⛅ (AU part 2)

Y/n knew those eyes all too well. She flung herself into his arm letting out whimpers as tears ran down her cheeks. He stroked her hair waiting patiently for her to calm down. She looked up at him with tears in her eyes and smiled. She lightly laughed as the sin shined on her tears making them sparkle. He gave a boyish grin back before patting her back.

"Cmon lets talk. "

He helped her up as they went into their old music room, sitting in chairs across from each other. Y/n fiddled with her fingers and she looked up. She automatically made eye contact with him and let out a hearty sigh.

"So if you don't mind me asking... "

"Hm?"

"Where have you been all this time?"

He turned his gaze toward the floor as he scratched the back of his neck.

"I was called back home to deal with family issues. "

"Oh! I understand. "

She silently let it process in her mind before coming up with another question.

"Wait so your not gonna leave again, right?"

He have a sad smile and he placed his hands in his lap.

"I'm only gonna be here for a week..I have to go back home..  "

She let out a gasp as her soul felt crushed.

"I'm really sorry. "

She shook her head as she dismissed it with her hand.

"No no I understand. "

Her eyes suddenly lit up as she smiled at him.

"Let's make the most out of this week!"

He nodded smiling back. Standing up abruptly the chair fell. Her face flushed and she quickly stumbled around to out it back up. He gave a sad smile before they heard the intercom go off and a raspy voice speak up.

"L/n Y/n please report to the headmasters office, L/n Y/n please report to the headmasters office."

Y/n froze as her eyed became wide.

"I thought you were a good girl?"

She could hear the smirk in his voice as she shot him a look.

"I'll be back... Maybe. "

He nodded as he leaned back in the chair.

She walked out as she fidgeted with her fingers. Turning through the hallways she finally made it to the headmaster's office. Knocking three times she waiting before hearing a raspy, "Come in. " she took a seat in front of him as he started. "At the end of this week we are going to have a mid year performance. I called you in here today because I would like to give you the honor of  performing the closing act. "

Y/n nodded slowly as she thought. Looking up she let out a small smile. "I would love to. "

The next day after her classes, Y/n met up with Midoriya in the music room.

"Let's go to the arcade. "

He agreed and the two set off to have fun. They played around until they were all gamed out. Afterwards they decided to grab a bite somewhere close by before making their way back to school and into their dorms.

The following days Y/n took Midoriya to do more fun things while practicing in her free time. She felt the pressure,  but she wouldn't let it ruin her. Towards the end of week she felt a rush of excitement as she almost had the piece perfect.
