"I'm sorry, i think you just need to move on.. "

Nodding silently, Y/n L/n walked away into the starry night, no exact location where she wanted to go, just walking. Her gentle tears glistening ever so slightly in the moons bright hue, she kept walking.

"I... I thought it would change... "

She came to a stopping point near the docks,stopping she sat down. She watched silently as tje waves crashed against the dock.

"I'm so sorry Shoto.... I'm so sorry i couldn't save you "

Wiping the warm tears on her face she looked up into the sky. She didn't take notice the soft tap of shoes nearing her as she kept gazing into the sky, getting lost in its beauty.

Feeling the dock move from under her she slowly gazed to her right to see,  Midoriya Izuku.

Sure they were just mere classmates but, everyone knows what happened. 

"You know.. It's not your fault... "

Messing with her hands she looked at him tears in her eyes.

"What are you talking about, it's m-my fa-ult he-"

Midoriya gave her a glance of pity, he hugged her ever so gently as she cried. "He wouldn't want you to think like this would he?"

She hiccuped, wiping her red, puffy eyes.

"Everyone's telling me it's not my fault, that i just need to move on but, if i just would have done something more.. Maybe he wouldn't have.. "

Midoriya sighed placing a hand on her shoulder.

"Look,  i don't want you to be in anymore pain. He loved you so much, he wouldn't want to see you like this. I'm not telling you to forget about him or move on, but cherish the good memories. Don't dwell on what should or could have been done to prevent this, its out of your control. I promise you he's in a much better place. "

She sniffed, shakily getting up on her feet.

"But i could have saved him from that villain that day. I should have been there when it happened. "

She inched towards the edge of the dock before turning and gazing teary eyed at Midoriya.

"... I'm sorry. "

And with that she plummeted into tje cold water, letting herself sink.

"I'm sorry Shoto, for everything. "
