When I woke up the next morning, the sunshine poured in through my open windows and birds outside chirped beautiful tunes into the bright blue sky. My first thought was ew, morning. To put it lightly, I am not a morning person. I love sleep, and morning interrupts my sleep. Therefore; morning=evil. I groaned before rolling out of bed and dragging my self over to my dresser to get dressed and ready for the day. I put on a pair of ripped jeans, a red and white stripped shirt, and some white converse. I did my makeup and put my hair back in a half up half down. Right when I finished, the doorbell rang. I pretty much ignored it, thinking it was just someone from the neighborhood introducing themselves to my mom. "Honey, there's someone here for you!" I heard my moms voice come from downstairs. CRAP! I thought I forgot about Benny! I'm supposed to go play baseball today. I took a deep breath, looked in the mirror one last time and jogged downstairs. Benny stood there, with an adorable smile on his face, an wearing a baseball cap, a white tank top with an unbuttoned baseball jersey over, and jeans. "Hey" He said. Dangit, Why does he have to be so cute. "Hey", I said. My mom looked between me and him for a few seconds before I gave her the explanation of, "I'm going to play baseball with him and some other kids for a while, bye mom!" I then slipped out the door before any questions could be asked. "Ready?" He asked "Ready." I responded. He looked at me for a few seconds before saying, "no you're not" I was confused for a few seconds before he chuckled and lifted his baseball hat off his head and placed it on mine, making my heart flutter and my stomach flip. I smiled at him questioningly before he said with a shrug, "You can't play baseball without a hat" I laughed and retorted" Well then, what about you Mr. Baseball, now you don't have a hat" I crossed my arms and gave him a smug smile. He laughed and said "oh ok, I see how it is" he looked over his shoulder and then looked back at me and said "come on". He grabbed my hand and pulled me up to a house across the street, turned to me, said " Stay here", ran into the house for a few seconds and came back with a blue baseball cap perched on his head "Happy now?" He asked. I smiled and said "elated." We then began walking towards what I assumed was the baseball field. The entire time, I couldn't stop staring at his amazing face, I thought, Wow, God really took his time one on this one.

A/N: PLEASE READ!!!! Hi so I know it's been forever since I updated but I've been really busy. I promise I'll update more ( at least once a week, maybe more) Also I know not really much happened in this chapter but it will speed up and stuff will start to happen.
