*Veronica POV*
I was really scared that I would be the one at 18 taking a pregnancy test. So without any delay I peed on the electronic stick and waited for the results. So after the 30 sec wait I started to see a vertical line pop up, meaning I wasn't pregnant I was so relieved I had to check twice but this time both a vertical and horizontal line popped up meaning the test is positive. I started to cry. With both tears of fear and of joy. Since I knew I wasn't messing with any other boys but Kavon I instantly grabbed my phone took a picture of the wet test and sent it to him with a message saying " Our new responsibility . "

The next one was from that unknown but familiar number again that read: " Hope u ain't forget about are meet up today I changed my mind about dinner though let's meet in the park." Veronica still not knowing what to say just replies OK. So as Veronica lifted her head she could see her mother bobbing her head down the stairs saying "Your up early girl damn. And you made food." She said astonished putting her hands in the air praising the lord as if it were a joke. " Ma just sit down and eat . " Veronica said giggling. So as Veronica's mother sat down, Veronica didn't know what to say but "Ma I got something to say .. I'm pregnant but let me explain....
