Chapter 20: I Love You❤

"WHAT THE HELL?!" Kavon exclaimed mid day when Veronica finally told him what she had did. As she saw Kavon start to get red she cupped her face and started to cry.

After a minute of her weeping. She slowly uttered the words "I'm..I'm sorry Kavon.. I just thought." He cut her off. "Listen to me..Listen. Baby this not your fault.. You just wanted to do something to help your family. Bae you ain't do nothing but help..but we can't stay here." She sniffed then asked "What...what do you mean ?" She stumbled with her words.

"In a few days I know that Tariq's mom is going to come check up on him because he hasn't returned any of her calls." He said. "So we need to go before they figure out. Get rid of the weapon..and pack your things and nessacarry belongings pack stuff for the kids. My cousin has a house in Nevada, Los Vegas. I will call him up and let him know that we have to move  I will tell him to be here by 2:00 which is in about 2 hours. We can do this I believe in us..." Kavon said getting closer to her placing a kiss on her lips

She instantly got up from her seat with a worried look and said "Hurry that ass up and call your cousin, we need to leave." She said as her worried look turned into a smile.

As Kavon called his cousin Michael and he told him that he had 2 empty rooms that he doesn't use in his house available for him and his kids. It was 1:45 and Michael was to be here at 2:15 exactly. So kavon helped veronica pack all the rest of the clothes they had as she started to put away all the triplets clothes. When kavon finished with their room he put the triplets in their car seats and ready to leave.

After about 7 minutes. Michael had told them to come outside. So the neighbors wouldn't know they were leaving unexpectedly Kavon had asked Michael to park in the back.

Kavon finished putting the luggage away and and sat in the front seat of the escalade. As veronica sat in the back watching her kids. The drive was 15 hours including stops for bathroom and food.

While in the back veronica and the girls were fast asleep they have reached their destination. So Kavon took the first 2 kids out without waking up Veronica and placed them inside he slipped in the back and took the last kid and the rest of the luggage while veronica fast asleep.

He came back to the car and stared at her and thought about how Los Vegas would be perfect for them to start a new life together. So he carried her up to a beautifully decorated room and layed her down pulling the covers on her. Placing a kiss on her for head.

He went downstairs to find Michael on face time with his girlfriend, while the triplets were crawling on him and laughing. Kavon smiled.

He sat down and talked to Michael about Veronica and how much he loved her. He even talked about thoughts of a ring for her..."Michael she's the one.."
