February 14th

Valentine’s day. A day to show your love to your significant other or crush. Min-Seo has been waiting for this. She wanted to make a chocolate heart by herself, but decided against it as she feared that it wouldn't come out right or that Jinyoung would get sick. So, here she is at the store center, looking for a particular chocolate that will stand out to her. She needed Ava’s help, but she was with her parents. Min-Seo walked around and around until she decided what chocolate she wanted to buy. 

“Hello, can I buy the green heart box,” Min-Seo said to the worker

“Sorry, miss, but we are all sold out,” The worker stated

“Oh, thank you,” Min-Seo let and went into other stores.

Just her luck, all the chocolates were sold out and it was 6pm, so she was screwed.

“What else can I get him?” Min-Seo mumbled as she walked around

Min-Seo thought of all the things Jinyoung liked and came up with one thought. Art. She left the center and ran to the bus stop. She arrived at a store crafts store after walking from the bus stop. She walked around the store, her eyes set on a wooden heart and a wooden J letter. She got red, pink, and green paint. She continued to look around as if she was forgetting something. Her eyes landed on a case filled with art supplies. She looked around for a worker to help her get the case. 

“This is the last case of the edition,” The worker said, grabbing the case from the top shelf 

“Is this a popular edition?” Min-Seo asked

“Yes, buyers have said that the acrylic paint are really outstanding and that the container is bigger than regular ones. I’ve also seen people’s artworks with this case and they’re really outstanding,” The worker said, walking along with Min-Seo to the cashier

“Wow, then I’m really lucky to get it,” Min-Seo said, the worker nodded

Min-Seo thanked the worker for helping her to the cashier and paid for her materials. She left the store and got on a bus to go back home. Once home, she got to work on painting the heart and J. She had the case wrapped up in paper and in the bag. Her phone rang as she was painting the letter J green.

“Hello?” Min-Seo said

“Min-Seo, are you coming over today?” Jinyoung asked

“Yes, but I might be late. Sorry,” Min-Seo said carefully painting the sides of the J

“Did something happened?” Jinyoung asked, worried

“To be honest, I couldn’t buy you chocolates since I went after work,” Min-Seo said, ashamed

“Min-Seo, I don’t care if I get chocolates. I just want to spend the day with you,” Jinyoung said, Min-Seo’s face heating up

“Well, I should at least give you something since it’s your day to receive gifts,” 

“If you want to give me a gift then come over with a hamburger,” Jinyoung said

“I’ll be right over, but it’ll take some time,” Min-Seo stated

“Just bring yourself with a hamburger and the gift you were working on, so we can work on it together,” Jinyoung said

“Okay, I’m on my way,” Min-Seo said, placing the brush of the plastic plate

Min-Seo got up to get a bag, so she can place all the material inside the bag. She cleaned the brushes and wrapped it in rags to dry it off. She went to her room to grab a hairdryer and dried the paint on the heart and J. Once the paint was dried, she wrapped the heart and the J in sheet paper and placed it in the bag with the art supply case. She fixed her outfit and hair then left her apartment to the bus stop with 2 bags. She did stop at a fast food place to buy 4 hamburgers, 2 for her and 2 for Jinyoung.
