- Chapter 5 -

// Author's POV \\

"Ah look she fell asleep while she was on her over night shift", Mingi said.

Mingi and Yeosang arrived at the police stations early then usually since they both knew Hana had worked a night shift the night before. When they got to the station they see Hana asleep on her desk with her head laying on the desk while she sits in her chair, she didn't even have a blanket to keep her warm.

"Should we wake her up?", suggested Yeosang. Before the boys came to the station they decided to grab some food and a coffee to give to Hana so she can be energized for the day.

"Let's try and if she doesn't, then we'll just leave her until Chief gets here", Yeosang nodded and what Mingi had said and then they both tried to wake up their best friend. It took a couple of minutes to wake her up but eventually Hana woke up.

"Ah what are you guys doing so early at the station", she said as she slowly started opening up her eyes. She already knew Mingi and Yeosang were here since she kept hearing them talk (since their loud).

"We wanted to bring you some food and coffee. We know that you worked a night shift last night so we wanted to hopefully brighten up your day", Yeosang grabbed Hana's coffee while Mingi grabbed her muffin. Hana smiled and thanked them and then began to eat her muffin and drink her coffee

// Hana's POV \\

"Thank you guys again, I really appreciate you guys waking up early and getting me food and coffee. It made my day already", they boys had gotten me my favorite coffee and muffin early this morning, which did make me happy.

"No problem, anything for our little sister", Yeosang said as he ruffled my hair. I laughed and hit his arm playfully making him also laugh. Soon enough the Chief got to the station and was surprised to see that the boys were here.

"Oh, Officer Song, Officer Kang what are you doing here so early? You guys usually come around 8?", she asked sounding very surprised.

"We came here to bring Officer Kim some coffee and food since we heard she worked a night shift by herself", the Chief smiled as Mingi explained what they had done for me this morning.

"You guys are very kind and caring to do that. I can tell you guys are very close, I even heard you all went to the same school since 4th grade through college", the Chief said as she was putting her stuff down in her office.

"Yes, we all met in 4th grade and soon became very close. Officer Kang and Officer Song are like big brothers to me and for them I'm like their little sister", I put my arms over both Mingi and Yeosang as I went between them.

"That's very sweet to hear, very heart warming I should say", she chuckled and me and the boys just smiled at each other. I'm very grateful to have them both in my life. They've been by my side since elementary school. They have fought anyone who was mean to me, helped me with homework, ate lunch with me and hung out with me. I don't know what I would do without them.

"Officer Song and Officer Kang. I got a call this morning and was told that you guys needed to be at Seoul community park today", the boys both nodded and went to the office and grabbed their stuff. Sadly I had to stay here and watch the station since Chief will also be at the park with them.

"Oh Officer Kim", said Chief before she left with the boys.

"Yes", I asked curiously.

"Did you do roll call yet", she asked. I shook my head no and then proceeded to do so. By the time I came out with the clip board and pen, Chief and the boys were all gone. I took a deep breath and then went into the cell room and began doing what I usually do.
