Jonghyun grabbed the man's collar. "You're disgusting, ya know that?", he snapped and slammed Chaeng's head on the table.

"He didn't do anything to you. So, I would really say you deserve worse," he said and looked at the prison guards walking in. Jonghyun punched the back of his neck, injuring him one more time before getting taken away.

He stepped outside of the prison and looked back at the block shaped building. 'I regret meeting you in the first place,' he thought in his head, over and over again. No one knew their story, what made the two so troubled.

Jongin was someone he reflected on, he wanted him to get what he deserved, what he needed.

A tear rolled down his cheek and he took off in his car, to go check on Jinki, who was returning from his trip. Reporters swarmed around him with flashes of cameras and video recording him. "Kim Jonghyun, is it true that you have a past with Coach Chaeng?"

"Are you aware that Kim Jongin's passing and your thoughts?"

Jonghyun's eyebrow twitched as he heard all the questions about Jongin's incident and about Coach Chaeng. The anger couldn't be held back anymore. Veins popped out of his neck and he stepped closer to the crowd. "If you don't shut the fuck up, I'll-", he froze and he felt a man's gentle hand on his broad shoulder.

"Calm down, they're just doing their job," Kibum smiled and caressed his cheek.

Jonghyun sighed and walked in, locking arms with his dear mate. Jongin was still in the hospital because his parents were still there to plan things. The hospital decided to keep him a little longer. Jongin's mother walked in and stared at the blonde man, frowning and approaching him. She hugged him and cried into his shoulder. "I don't get why someone would just do that to a poor boy, to my poor baby..", she sobbed.

He tightly held onto her and tried comforting her. "Ya know, if you ever need someone to talk to, I'm here. I miss Jongin as much as you do, well.. not as much since you're his mother-", he stopped as words came out of the grieving mother's lips. "Boy, you don't need to say that. You know you're the only person I have left of him," she painfully tried to smile.

Those words made Jonghyun's heart hurt. Why was he the only one left? He reached for the woman's thin hand and held it. "There's someone else that mattered so dearly to Jongin, he's hospitalized here as well. I was on my way to see him, I'd be gladly to take you there."

Jongin's mother hugged him again. "That would be nice, was his friend really good to my little Jongin?", she asked.

He stopped for a second and thought about what Jongin told him, who he assumed was Lee Taemin. "Definitely."

Jinki was waiting outside of the door, looking at his phone. "Wow, on your phone instead at watching your kid," Jonghyun snapped and Jinki just rolled his eyes, still playing out a bunny smile. "Who's this?", he asked.

"It's Jongin's mother, she wants to see Taemin. I think it's a pretty good idea to let her. By the way, already checked her off at the visiting registration," Jonghyun coldly said, Jinki immediately noticing his mood.

The kind gentleman he is, turned around and shook her hand. "I'm Lee Jinki, Taemin is sleeping right now and he have sort of an issue, but you're free to see him. He's just been lost because of Jongin and waking up from a coma a week ago," he explained and opened the door for the grieving mother.

Jongin's mother walked in and sat on a chair facing me. She moved my hair away from my face and caressed my cheek. "So you're that boy, he's been talking about," she softly whispered, remembering that secret conversation with Jonghyun. His mother had the right to know. "Was my son a nice person like I thought?"

"What are you gonna do with the kid?", Jonghyun asked Jinki. "I'm not sure yet. You know I can't adopt him. How the hell am I going to raise a fucking child?", Jinki scoffed and looked down at his hands. He remembered someone dear to him.

"Then don't adopt him."

Jinki's heart broke, knowing that was the right thing to do. Was it? He didn't know himself. "I'll call foster care. My time taking care of a teenage criminal is done anyways," he painfully smiled and grabbed his phone.

"So, you're just leaving him like that?", Kibum's voice raised a bit. "If you don't adopt him, then I will!", he snatched the phone from Jinki and put it in his own hands, dialing the number.

"Kibum, you don't mean it do you? If you adopt him then that means I'll be a father. C'mon don't do this."

He raised his eyebrow at Jonghyun's selfishness. "We're not married so why should I care?", he scoffed and walked away. Jonghyun frowned and pulled Kibum in by his waist. "We may not be married yet, but you obviously don't have experience in taking care of a child, aren't I correct? Taemin needs someone with experience to take care of him."

Jinki stopped both of the two men. "Enough blabbering, you two. This doesn't have any argument involved in it for the Kims and Lee. You, Jonghyun, aren't I correct?", Jinki smirked and looked down.

"There's only one person who knows how to take care of someone. You better fucking adopt him, Jinki. I probably sounded like I don't give a shit about him, but he's just a kid who's suffered. Can't you give him happiness? Maybe you'll be a good person after all."

Words never hit the nicely dressed, brunette haired man like that. "I love him, but I'm not sure if I can handle it."

He thought about all the moments he had with me, the amount of care I needed. Something was coming.

Something great.
