"Happy birthday Taemin~ Happy birthday to our Taeminnie~"

Jinki's singing voice echoed through the empty walls of my room as if an angel entered the gates of Heaven, singing to you during the most perfect entrance. I slowly rose from my beauty sleep and stretched, facing Jinki.

He had the cutest cupcake in a box, seemed to be from one of those rich people bakeries. I couldn't believe it, that cupcake was so perfectly frosted and beautifully decorated with adorable blue round sprinkles. What you won't believe was the theme. OH MY GOD, it looked so much like an animated shark!

"Since you're up, you should blow the candle!", Jinki looked down at the half woken Taemin. Normally while someone blows the candles someone would make a wish, but the other one is they don't really care and just blow it without wishing anything. I've been doing that for all my life, but eh this could work. Who could ever know?

All I wish for is to have fun.

The candle wax was dripping down, smelling burnt as if it were sad to disappear. I carelessly blew out the candle, hearing Jinki cheer like a child.

"Do you have any plans today?"

"Eh, maybe hangout with Jongin."

Jinki pat my head and headed for the door. "He's a good kid, get ready and invite him over.", his soft voice said before the door shut.

I massaged my face and got up. "What outfit should I wear today?", I whispered to myself, my finger pressing my bottom lip. Something simple would do for today, it's nothing special anyways, right? It's just a day I wish never happened..

Jongin shivered, beginning his long complaint of how cold my room was. "Shit bro, the fuck is your room so cold for?"

"Just because it's cold doesn't mean you should sleep next to me and fucking cuddle.."

"I said no homo.", Jongin grinned. "Besides it's good that your old man let me sleep over while my parents had a dumbass argument.", he sighed softly, his grin downgrading into a frown. "He's not my old man, it's his job to take care of me anyways.", I stated, glaring at Jongin.

"Psst Taemin, you know that party that Jimin's having"

"Yeah, what about it?"

"Let's sneak out and go-"

My eyes widened. I really wanted to go, but wouldn't that damage my trust? Jinki could be angry that I didn't tell him I would be gone. I was naive though, I didn't think about it for now and just went with Jongin. What could possibly go wrong right?

Jongin and I knocked on Jimin's door, waiting for him to open it. The door knob slowly turned counterclockwise, revealing a short boy with silver locks. He hugged Jongin and me.

"Long time no see, Taemin!", he jumped up, wrapping his thin arm around mine. "Yeah..", I mumbled, getting a cold glare from Jongin.

"Anyway, thanks for inviting him.", Jimin warmly smiled at the smurf next to me. Jimin and I didn't get along back then, but ever since he's been starting to be more kind to me. Him and his group of friends who hanged out with Jongin all the time, always smirked and raised their eyebrows when they talked about me as if they were hiding something.

I've never been to one of his parties I would say. What bad can happen?

I sat down on the expensive leather couch and ignored all the lovey dovey couples eating each other's face. Well, not really but it seemed like it. The smell of alcohol roaming in and out of my nostrils and polluting the air around every body there. I felt something heavy sit down next to me, it was Jongin.

He smelled like a drunk man. "Cmon Taemin, aren't you gonna drink?"

His breath made me dizzy, but his voice.. it was so husky. What am I thinking? I stared at him, eyeing his messy hair and his strong jawline.

"I don't think it's a good idea, Jongin..", I ignored him trying to offer me a drink. "Cmon Taemin, don't be a pussy.", he scoffed. I took the drink and drank a small sip, the alcohol burning my throat. It hurt but I couldn't stop drinking.

I hated what I did next.
