***Some Notes***:
The hospital schedule is simple.
•6:00am-6:30am: Wake up. Brush your teeth, get dressed, make your bed, etc.
•7:30am-8:30am: Breakfast
•8:30am-9:00am: Meds
•9:00am-10:00am: Free time. Usually coloring, talking, puzzles, card games, etc.
•10:00am-10:30am: Snack time
•10:30am-11:30am: Group therapy
•11:30am-12:30pm: Free time
•12:30pm-1:30pm: Lunch. This meal actually has a dessert, so no snack between lunch and dinner.
•1:30pm-2:30pm: Free time.
•2:30pm-4:30pm: Activity time. Techs decide if they go to the gym, to the craft room, or outside.
•4:30pm-5:30pm: More free time
•5:30pm-6:30pm: Dinner
•6:30pm-7:00pm: Girls' shower time
•7:00pm-7:30pm: Boys' shower time.
•7:30pm-9:30pm: Free time, but usually they actually put on a movie.
•9:30pm-10:00pm: Mess
•10:00: Bed time. Can be moved up based on behavior.
SOME CHANGES:
-Occasionally they will have day trips, but that only happens every other month.
-Meetings with their therapist/psychiatrist every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Usually between 10am-12:30pm for therapist and 1:30pm-5:00pm for psychiatrist.
-Family visits every Thursday from 4:30pm-5:30pm. On weekends, it's from 3:30pm-5:30pm.
-They can go home for major holidays, such as Christmas, but it is only for a few days.
-Weekend schedules (aside from meal times) are far looser. No group therapy.
•Girls are on one side of the hall, boys on the other. Also, they have something called the seclusion room. When someone really has to be alone, but the rooms are locked (they are always locked aside from shower time, sleep, and if they need to go grab something real quick). If someone has a major breakdown and can't be calmed down, they get a shot in the butt. Everyone calls it booty juice for short.
