NCT's Cheonsa suffered wrist and ankle injuries during rehearsals for 'SBS Gayo Daejeon'.
After announcing that Cheonsa will still be performing with NCT127, SM Entertainment released a second statement.
"During the rehearsals for the group's performance on SBS Gayo Daejeon, Cheonsa slipped and fell off the stage. She was immediately taken care of and examined. It was revealed that she had sprains in her ankle and wrist."

Staff members also revealed that it was Cheonsa's choice to still perform with the other members.
"She didn't want to sit out during the performance, she didn't want to disappoint her fans. According to her, her injuries are minor. She was really determined to perform on stage."

Cheonsa will be receiving a detailed exam and further treatment after the show.

The only female member of NCT was taken to the hospital immediately after performing at 'SBS Gayo Daejeon'.
On December 25, SM Entertainment announced that Cheonsa suffered injuries during the rehearsal for the show and that she would still be performing with her group.
After the performance, SM Entertainment released another statement.
"After NCT127's performance, Cheonsa was taken to the hospital immediately, where she received a thorough examination. As a result.. it was revealed she suffered injuries to her ankle, as well as a sprained wrist and bruised ribs.
Right now, Cheonsa is waiting for additional examinations after receiving preliminary emergency treatment at the hospital. As our artist's health is our top priority right now, we plan to focus on her treatment."

Later on, staff members also revealed what really happened after the performance.
"After the group finished performing and were backstage again, Cheonsa fell to the ground. Taeyong was the first one to notice and rushed to her side. She was clutching her chest and gasping for air. She couldn't really form words, but she said that it hurts and she can't breathe."
