*Hero's P.O.V.*

"Lampushka, have you seen Cranberry?" I asked my darker, long fured mate. I walked into the living room where he and one of my kittens were. I just got back from checking in the kitchen and the litter box room, but she wasn't in either of those two places. "I can't find our wild kitten anywhere. It's time for her bath."

"Nyte. I thought that she was with you." Lampushka meowed between licks and looked up at me. At his paws was my other kitten Snow Pea. "Have you seen her lately my sweet little one?"

"She said something about draging a rag up the tall steps and learning to fly?" The little white kitten told us, sky blue eyes crossed in thought.

"Alright everybody. I am about to do something amazing!" A tiny, but loud voice chirped at the top of the tall steps.

"Oh no." I said quietly, not needing to look to see it was my wild kitten.

"Cranberry! Don't you-" Lampushka started with a growl, eyes narrowed and ears folded back.

"Look out below" She hollared as she slid down the long branch on a rag. All we could really see was a dark red blur go by. She reached the end and when flying through the air. For a moment she was air born and heading strait for the wall.

"CRANBERRY!" I yowled loudly, fur puffed out to twice its normal size. Panic swept through my body as I watched hers go flying.

"Got you, you little spitfire." Mama Sunshine said as he caught my kitten mid air. I don't know where he came from, but I am so glad he was there.

"Oh, thank goodness." I breathed out a sigh of relife and let my ears droop. My rapidly beating heart startes to slow back down now that she was safe.

"Aww, come on. Why do you guys always ruin my fun?" My daughter complained loudly, ears turned slightly back. She tried to squirm out of his hold, but he held her firm as he walked her over to us.

"Probably because your idea of fun includes potential death." Snow Pea squeaked out with a small tilt of her head.

"At least I'm not boring and just spend my days sleeping." She shot back.

"Alright Hero, here you go." Mama Sunshine put my kitten down at my paws. I scooped her closer to me as I glared at her. "Ooof! Man, I have got to remember that I can't bend over anymore. Vanya! Did you leave a rag at the top of the stairs?"

"Must you always cause trubble, little one?" Lampuska scolded harshly. Cranberry rolled her eyes, having heard this lecture a houndred times already by now. "Every time we turn around you are getting in more trouble. Do you have any idea how dangerous that was? Why, if Mama Sunshine hadn't been there you could have broken every leg you have. You could have killed yourself. Do you know how heart broken your mama and I would be if that happens? Hero, back me up here. Hero. Hero?"

"He is so much happier now." I said with a happy sigh as I watched my Care Giver talk to his mate. A large smile was on his face, just like how it used to be before he got sad. "He used to be so sad all the time. He used scratch him self a lot. But ever since he met Papa Snowy he's been so happy."

"I noticed it too." Lampushka said as he gave me lick on the cheek. "Papa Snowy used to be very sad all the time. He would drink the Sharp Smell a lot. He doesn't do it a lot anymore."

"Ain't it funny? How two very sad Care Givers can make each other so happy." I purred as I leaned in his broad, fluffy chest. My kittens where chasing each other up an down the hall.

"I am very thankful they found each other. And not just because I met you, the most beautiful cat in exsistens." He purred back flirtasiously.

"Oh stop it you." I growled playfully. "But I understand what you mean."

"Well if you didn't leave it up there, then who did? The cats?" Mama Sunshine asked Papa Snowy with a laugh as they walked into the kitchen.

"Perhaps so, Fredka. Hero drags things all over the house all the time." Papa Snowy suggested.

"They'll be very happy together, so long as Papa Snowy learns that he'll never be right again." Lampushka joked, pulling a small merw of laughter from me.

"Very true." I agreed.

"Mama! Cranberry is climbing up the invisable steps again!" Snow Pea yelled from behind us. I turned to see that my darker kitten was almost up to the top of the invisable steps again.

"Cranberry!" I hissed angrily.

"Tatle tail!" She growled at her sister, her tail swishing angrily.

"Get down." I yelled at her. I rolled my eyes as she climbed back down. "I didn't think raising kittens would be this hard. I have a whole new aperciation for mhy own mother."

"I agree. Wouldn't traid them for the world though." He purred happily.

"Same. They may be little, fluffy terrors, but at least their our little terrors." I agreed.

"What do you mean by they? It's Cranberry who's the spitfire, as Mama Sunshine would say. Snow Pea is a little sweetheart." Lampushka laughed.

"I supose you have a good point." I said thoughfully, tail slightly flicking.

"Mama!" Snow Pea called out from our left side.

"If I look over, is Cranberry going to be on the curtains again?" I sighed exsaperated.

"Well, no, but that was how she got up there in the first place." Snow Pea called out.

"Got up there? Where is there - OH MY GOODNESS! CRANBERRY! HOW DID YOU GET UP THERE???!!!" I youwled as loud as I could at the tiny kitten hanging up side down from the celing.

"I have no idea, but I am never coming back down!" She yelled back, giddyness clear in her voice as she tried to navigate the new area.

"I pray that Mama Sunshin's litter is much better behaved." I groaned out tiredly.

"I fully agreed, Love."
