Liam's POV
Once the name slips out of her mouth, I immediately tense up, this is the Gianni she's been crying over.
No.
I won't let her get hurt over this.
Where is he right now?
I'm not really sure what's going on around me except for the fact that I'm still holding Tori in my arms, she still needs me. I rub her back gently and pull her closer to me. She looks so vulnerable. I wish I wasn't stuck in this hellhole, so that I could actually go and protect her, and not have to be stuck here. What if she needs me when I'm not there, what if she's home alone needing me to be there, and I'm not. Instead, I'm here, wishing I could be with her.

Tori's POV
I feel Liam tighten his grip around me, and I nuzzle my face deeper into his chest. He holds me for what feels like an eternity, and I nearly fall asleep to the way he was rubbing my back. It felt so soothing, like, I can't explain it, but it feels relaxing. After a long moment of silence, I look up at him, and he looks down at me, I sigh and then sit up and then look down at my lap.
"What room is he in?" Liam asks, gently, his eyebrows knitted in worry.
"The room next to yours." Is all I can manage to say, I continue staring at my lap when I feel his hand come up to my chin, making me glance over at him. Our eyes lock, and I can see him thinking really hard what to do.
My pager beeps, and I look down at it.
"They need me in his room." I read softly, Liam looks over at me and nods slowly, looking at me with caring eyes.
"If you're in trouble, yell as loud as you can for someone to help you." he slowly stands up from the couch and walks over to the crack in the wall and pulls out a bracelet. He walks over to me and puts the bracelet in my hand.

"it belonged to my mother, I want you to have it, so it can protect you, and bring you good luck." he says quietly, refusing to make eye contact with me.

I smile and gently kiss his cheek before putting on the bracelet and walking out, when I stand outside Gianni's door, the fear really does start to settle in and I touch the bracelet with my free hand.

Then I punch the code and unlock the door.
