Wendy followed the boy named Devin, as he said he would lead her to somewhere safe away from. Pan and the lost children. She was lead to a part of the forest that wasn't as nice as what Peter showed her. This part of the Island was strange. The air was heavier and smelled more dank. The forest floor was damp and stagnant with the odor of decomposing wood and dead animals which left you unsettling. There were soo many trees but they blocking out the sky leaving it dark and most of the light was trapped through the branches. As she followed Devin there was a ghost grey like mist that enveloped around them causing her to shiver. She felt a grab on her hand as she'd jumped only to see devin." Your falling behind, stay close. The forest is too dangerous." He said as he walked again. She looked around then forest as she saw strange plants and fruits. There was this one fruit though that was really strange, it looked kind of like a mango but they were in a color of a dark purple. She went to go take a closer look at it when she felt a grab on her hand again as she turned to see devin." Don't eat them, they can do all sorts of things to you." " like what kind of things?" Wendy asked curiously as she kept walking with the boy. He didn't say anything else after that. Why doesn't anyone answer? She kept walking. Why does this forest seem so different than peters? She kept thinking when she felt someone block her ear. She looked up to see Devin looking at her." It's down here." He said as she looked behind him to see a sort of hole in the dirt, kind of like a trap door that looked like t led to another tunnel. What's it with tunnels in Neverland ? She saw devin open up the door that led down the tunnel as he looked at her." Come on." He said as he went in. Wendy looked at him questionably but went in after him. As she went inside she closed three trap door above her as darkness surrounded them. She didn't hear any shuffle, noise or voice of devin." Devin ?" She asked frantically as she looked around she felt a hand grip her tightly as she jumped."Im here." He said as she turned to see Devin who was holding a lantern in his right hand and the left he was holding her hand tightly. The lantern brought an orange yellow hue color that was providing them light, She followed devin into the tunnel. The tunnel was damp and cold like the forest from outside. She wrinkled her nose as there was a musty smell that permeated the air.
