My High School Crush

The Holidays

                            Leila POV.

"I really don't see why what's the big deal about having a real tree for christmas. Just get a fake. Take it out and then put it back in the closet." Sarah has been nagging all day about us getting a real christmas tree.

"It's just something my family has always done and it's nothing like the real thing." I keep examining the tree that caught my eye. "I think I'm going to get this one."

"Why the men aren't helping us?" As she picks the nail polish off her nails.

"Because there christmas shopping and they don't want us to see. Unlike you I like to be surprised."

"I hate surprises."

Don't I know. I remember when Tony wanted to surprise Sarah for her birthday with a party. I kept trying to tell Tony it was a bad idea but he said it would be fine. He invited everybody over there house and cut the lights out. Sarah walked in and everybody yelled surprise. Next thing Sarah punch Tony in the eye. He had a black eye for the next few days.

"I'm sure we will live the gifts. Excuse me sir, I would like this tree.

                     Matthew POV.

"Fake trees are the best. Real one leave a mess." Tony has been annoying me all day about fake trees and real trees.

"Well let's just agree to disagree." I say. Hopefully he can shut u-

"Dude! I think Sarah butt would look good in those jeans. Don't you think so?" He holds up these jeans that says juicy on the bum part.

"Umm I'm not sure how to answer that." I sigh and continue shopping. I really don't know why I ask him to come christmas shopping with me.

Oh that's right I was drunk that night. It was Sarah birthday party. I will never forget when she punched him.

I find a pair of pants that i think Leila would like and head to the cash register. "Hey Matt!" I hear Tony say I turn around to see him holding a lingerie. "What about this?"

I turn back around and look at the cashier. "I don't know him."

                 Leila POV

"Thank goodness your home." My daughter saids as I walk in the door.
Matty has been bothering me all day.

"No I haven't. She been trying to make me wear her dresses. Which are ugly by the way."

"My dresses aren't ugly like your face." Lauren says with her hands on her hips.

"Kids! Do you want me to tell Santa how naughty you two are being?"

"NO!" They both say admittedly start hugging each other and saying sorry.
The Santa card works every time.

I smile and place my purse on the counter. "Where's grandma?"

"She's upstairs with Kimberly." Lauren says still hugging Matty.

I kiss them on their foreheads and walk upstairs to the nursery.

When I walked into the nursery I see my mom in the rocking chair holding Kimberly. "Mom."

She lifts her head up and look at me with the smile. "Hey honey I'm so glad your home. The other two little ones have been driving me crazy." I laugh as I take Kimberly from here hands. "Did you find a tree today."

"Yeah its outside. I told Matt he said he would take care of it when he gets home." I look at the clock on the wall. "Which should be in a minute."

"Well let me get out of here." She stands up and cracks her back. She walks over to me and kiss Kimberly and I forehead.

"Daddy's here mommy." Matty says as he runs upstairs.

"Matty don't run in the house." Lauren says from down stairs.

We all head down stairs and see Matthew with gifts and dinner from a new restaurant down the street called "Ray's" it our favorite.

"Hey babe." He kisses me and I here Matty say ewww. "Hello Mrs. Hunter."

Him and my mom say goodbye to each other. Matthew and I tell the kids to go wash up for dinner while we sat the table.

"I don't care how much we love them. Sarah and Tony are not invited to christmas dinner. I laughs and kiss my man.

I know I have been gone for a while but HAPPY HOLIDAYS lol
