Given a target
And told to shoot.
Asking that you hit every time,
That every shot be perfect and you should know how to aim.
If you miss, they will surly get someone who won't. Replacing you and everything that you dreamed.
If you hit, then you have only met expectations and are further required to always be at said level. More shots, eventually you'll miss.
If you opt out and refuse, then you have automatically lost. And everyone will think and further know you didn't try.
