Mark and I managed to find Ash and Johnny. We quickly ran into them and they saw how much stuff we took. We were all just laughing until I saw a familiar face not just far from us.
Yes. You guessed it. Jaemin.
I hid behind a shelf near me and told them not to tell Jaemin I was with them. They gave me a weird look because they didn't know the horror that happened in the ice skating rink.
Jaemin's P.O.V
I saw Ashley, Mark and Johnny but y/n was not there. I hope she doesn't feel bad about awhile ago. Its just. I like her. But not as a lover. But she's my friend and I don't want our friendship to end just like that. I came up to Ashley, Johnny and Mark in hopes of knowing where y/n went.
But I knew none. She wasn't there, so I left to look for her.
Y/N'S P.O.V.
"Okayy what was that?" Said Ashley. Confused.
"It's a long story and I don't really want to see Jaemin right now."
"You can tell us what happened.. Come onnn" Johnny said in a jokingly naggy voice which didn't even help the void that I felt with what Jaemin did.
"Guys no, not now, maybe later when we get home. I don't want my mood ruined."
I said and everyone understood so we headed somewhere else.
Outside the mall was a little amusement park with little rides and arcade games. There was also this huge ferris wheel by the bay and it was filled with snack shacks.
We all went around to try all kinds of games and frequently stops for some snacks. On one corner, Ashley and Johnny were so focused on that one game because they were trying to win a giant rainbow alpaca. Mark and I kind of got bored so we went on our ways.
Honestly I don't really know where Mark went because the time I was gonna ask him to go somewhere, he was no where in sight. So I wandered off trying to entertain myself from all the stuff I could see.
I saw this mini game that gives a cute watermelon plushie as a price. Then I remembered Mark mentioning watermelons as his favourite fruit in one of our conversations. I didn't know what pushed me but I wanted to win that cute watermelon; maybe a cute little present for a friend?
After probably a few tries I won! The person handed me the watermelon and I went looking for everyone. On my way looking for them, I passed by the ferris wheel and saw Mark sitting on a bench underneath it.

He was just sitting there probably reading something with his backpack that he always carry around and his bucket hat that compliments his black hair very nicely.

I thought to myself.
And since I was looking for everyone, I didn't bother coming up to him.
"Hey Mark!" I said as loud as I can to catch his attention as I hid the watermelon behind my back.
"Oh hey y/nn, aren't you with Ashley and Johnny?"
"No, I wasn't. I left after you did but I couldn't find you so I got you this!"
I handed him the watermelon plushie I was hiding from behind my back and believe me, his reaction was priceless.
Mark's P.O.V
"No, I wasn't. I left after you did but I couldn't find you so I got you this!"
Y/n said after coming up to me. I was actually bored to death just this moment but thank god she came. She handed me a watermelon plushie that is too cute beyond words.
I know I'm not really into freaking out in front of girls but it really touched my heart to see y/n actually got me something that I really loved. So.. She remembered that I love watermelons.
After my little shooketh moment I took the watermelon but even after that, I couldn't stop smiling.
"Hey, uhmm, why did you get me this? I mean you really don't have to spend some money."
"No actually I had fun while trying to win it in one of those arcade games. I didn't buy it tho"
Y/n made the 😑 face and I couldn't stop but to pinch her cheeks. Oh god.
