                                                      ~ Doc's POV ~

We walked the seemingly endless halls of Larry's labyrinth. I peeked into my bag, making sure Mask was fit snugly within in the cloth of my bag. It felt like we had been navigating this maze of a dimension for hours before we entered a room with a large dark spot in the center. "This is my closest portal to a gate. I checked earlier and there didn't seem to be any guards around that area." Larry said.

I reached into a pocket of my bag and pulled out the key card I had collected earlier. "Hope and pray that this is enough clearance to get us out." I sighed, clenching the card like our lives depended on it, which they did.

Larry went first, slipping into the portal. After a moment, his hand came back through. Shy went forwards and took it, getting pulled through the dark goop by Larry. The rest of us followed suit until we were safely on the other side. The red lights still flashed, shouts being heard off in the distance. I angled my face to the doors surrounding us. Letters and numbers were plastered above them, each one supposed to mean something, but it was complete nonsense to me. We would just have to guess our way from here.

We entered the first door, and soon fell into the routine of entering the maze of doors continuously, and I lost track of how many our little group had gone through. I began to feel helpless until we turned one corner and the gate appeared before us. I flicked the card at the scanner, and thank God that it actually worked.

"Everyone stick behind me from here, there are only two gates to choose from when going through light containment zone. I'll try to lead us towards Gate B, and hopefully no other MTF." I said, barely above a whisper. As we moved through the hallways, there was a deathly silence. It wasn't just us not talking, there were no shouts, gunshots, or even alarms for that matter. All there was was the sound of our quick-paced footsteps and the occasional whimper from Shy.

We turned a corner and were greeted by the nasty surprise of limbs and torsos thrown askew, blood caking the walls as if someone decided to paint it with the scarlet substance. It wasn't much bother to me, but I could hear Remi give a small inhale. She might have massacred a bunch of people, but raw violence from an unknown entity can give anyone the creeps. Although, it was quite obvious who had caused this mess.

A low growl was heard from another room and something scraped against the the hard tiled floor. I set down my bag and gestured for Larry to follow as we crept closer to the noise. I poked my head in, only to discover the large, bleeding beast of 682. I chuckled, "Well, you've been making quick work of getting through here on your own."

"Mmm, what do you want?" He grumbled, lowering his snout and breathing his foul smelling breath into my area.

"Help getting out of here of course. I don't believe this card we have will be getting us out of here, and I know you can easily crash your way out of here." He smirked. "And we can also take care of the pest problem."

682 seemed to ponder on this, before giving a small grunt and nod. He shoved his way through the door, not hesitating at the group of skips waiting outside. I moved with a sudden determination on getting my friends out, and thank god we found our golden ticket.
