Shikhar found Eloy while he was busy with setting the robes for the emperors. He liked to do it himself and refused to let the maids inside their quarters for anything.

Safety was a major concern and he, he secretly liked doing it for them. He looked up to see Shikhar.

"Apaa," Eloy beamed.

"His Highness tells me that you are the person who advised him," said Shikhar, his face imperceptible.

"That man cannot hide anything from me. I- I just wanted to thank you, Eloy," smiled Shikhar. Eloy sighed happy that he did not anger apaa.

Shikhar hugged him tight and that was that.

"Now I need your help to set up the wedding. Samar will join you," said Shikhar.

"You gave him your -

"Of course, no. I- I have rarely seen his highnesses romantic side. Let me just treasure it as it is," said Shikhar with a small smile on his face.

"As you wish Apaa," said Eloy.

Samar and Eloy had fun planning the wedding. He was not as close as he was to Shikhar with Samar before this. However, planning a wedding can make you friends.

Shikhar had made it clear that the wedding will be small and therefore to be held at the sun temple. He knew his highness also preferred simple things in life and had even asked him about an imaginary scenario where they get married, to get an input.

Shikhar wanted to surprise Rishi. He thinks his man deserve that after all the effort he put into the declaration. It is not true that all of Shikhar's insecurities were washed away by a declaration. More like, the declaration gave him an assurance, a confidence that for his highness, Shikhar meant more than his pride and stature.

Adharva was going through some scrolls, mostly sent by their spies.

"This is concerning. There is a movement, an unrest in the northern part. They say, someone is trying to start a civil war," said Adharva.

Mithraos looked over.

He took the parchment and sighed.

"They only needed ammunition. There are 84 tribal sects in the northern plains. This union might have triggered some unrest because of some outside pressure. I bet the story they were reminded was that of your great grandfather," said Mithraos wryly.

Adharva looked at them both. Eloy sighed.

"I will go," said Eloy.

"No," said both emperors.

Eloy's eyes narrowed.

"Why would that be?"

"You are the High King now, Eloy. You cannot walk out there as the head warrior," said Adharva.

Mithraos nodded.

"I agree," said Mithraos.

Eloy just looked at them both, furious. He just stormed out of the room not wanting to shout at the emperors.

----------------

Eloy was furious as he placed the garden. He turned when he heard someone arrive.

"Brother"

Rishi nodded.

"I hear that you are furious with your husbands," said Rishi.

Eloy looked down.
