Harry, Ron and Ginny had headed down to the pitch to prepare for the match, which left me in the Gryffindor common room waiting for Percy, Annabeth, Piper and Jason so that we could all walk down together.

Percy and Annabeth came out holding hands closely followed by Piper and Jason who both had very wet hair. My first thought was that they may have just had showers, but the expressions on their faces lead me to believe that they had taken involuntary showers, perhaps they had been unwilling to wake up.

"Jerk," Annabeth shot at Percy.

"Smart ass," Percy said sticking his tong out.

"Oh no, you didn't go there Kelp Head!" Piper laughed.

"Oh yes I did," Percy said clicking his fingers in a Z formation, "I'm the Lord Persassy, and this is my fellow warrior Annassay, Piper you will not sass us!"

Jason laughed.

"Whatever, let's just go," Jason pulled Piper towards the portrait hole, but not before she shot Percy a death glare that would make plants wither and die.

Quidditch, what should I say. My first thought was 'if I ever try that Zeus will blast me outta the sky so hard I'll have a headache for the next month!', my second thought was 'how are theses broomsticks flying?', my third was 'oh my gods Wise Girl really looks good in a red scarf!'

It was a weird game that involved two vicious balls a really small annoying ball, one massive red ball, four baseball bats, and six golden hoops. I couldn't wrap my head around the rules, and Hermione's muddled explanation wasn't helping anything, it just left me more confused about the weird and wonderful sport of Quidditch.
