Ch.1 Leaving home

"Sis can we go to the beach and collect some seashell for big brother." Samantha ask while I was brushing her hair.  "Sure Sam, Let me finish doing your hair and we'll go to the beach" I said tie her hair back and puts her favorite hair clip in.  "Done, alright let's get going before it gets to dark." Sam got up fast and runs off to get her bag as I grab my jacket an puts it on.  I left my room and waited for Sam to hurry up as Harold came over and greeted me.  "Good day sister, where am you be heading off to this time?" He ask like the caring brother he is as Sam came over with her bag she wanted.  "No where in particular, Just taking Sam to the beach for a little bit before night falls" I said taking Sam hand in mine as Harold nodded his head.  "Hope you find some pretty shell out there Little Sam." He pat Sam head before he left and we head out to the beach that wasn't far from our home.

When we arrive to the beach, it was still beautiful when I first brought Sam here.  Sam took off towards the water with me following behind as I enjoy watching the view.  "Sis look at this pretty shell here!" She run towards me and shows me a pretty pink and white shell.  "It is pretty Sam, Let see if there any more around." I said helping to find some more shell's like it but there was one just one we found.  When Sam was done collecting, We started to head back home until we heard someone yelling.

"Thief!" A man said as a guy in a red coat, ran towards us but then pass us as our eyes made a connection before he was gone.  Green, they were beautiful green eyes the guy had as Sam tug on my hand.  "Sis who was that guy?" I looked at her then back to where the guy went.  "I don't know Sam." I try to pay no attention towards the mystery guy as we head home.  As we arrive, I saw our parents talking to a couple as Harold come towards us with a worry look.

"What the meaning of this brother?" I ask knowing that something is up as Harold let out a sigh of defeat.  "Mother and father is arranging a married for you sister, They want you to marry the Noble son of the Kei's." He said as I glared at our parents seeing them happily talking away.  "You and Sam both know that I will not marry someone by force, this is the four time they tried!" The anger in me was only going to get fueled if Sam didn't catch my attention.  "Sis, are you planning on running away?" She ask knowing that it was my plan to begin with as I crouch down to her height. Sam or Samantha is only 10 years old and she only know little about the world but she does at least understand the situation.

"Yes Sam, I don't want to leave you guys alone but I'm tried of our parents trying to control my life anymore." I reach into my pocket and pull out a handmade necklace I crafted for Sam an put it on her.  "Then go Y/n, leave around midnight and be careful" Harold said holding Sam hand as I nodded my head at his warning.  "Will brother, I'll return for you guys when things are right and Sam be good to our big brother alright." Sam nodded her head as I went up stairs and package the necessary items.  Two personal belong I took with me were the bracelet Sam give me for my 16th birthday and a necklace Harold gave me for my 19th.  When it was night time, I tied a rope to the balcony toss it down.  I left a note on the bed as I climb down and took off running, it was dark to see but I did my best to find a path to the harbor.  "Alright Y/n get on a ship and off you go, let's hope that the captain won't get to angry at us." I said to myself as I got on a random boat and head to the storage an hid.
