The moment Tedros stepped out of the brig, everyone stared at him. They clearly heard about him spooning with his prisoner.
He swallowed hard. "What are you all gawkin' at? Get back to work!" They all flinched and went back to what the were doing.
He went off to his cabin and sat at his desk. No matter how hard he tried to get her off his mind his thoughts kept drifting back Agatha.
The door swung open and Dot came in with dinner
Dot slid a tray of food in font of him. He heard his stomach grumble as he picked it up. When he glanced over at Dot, she held a plate with shrivelled up and soggy vegetables.
"Is that one for Agatha?" He asked.
"Yes... Why?" Dot replied.
"Um... I think I'll have that one instead." He swallowed.
Dot stared. "Why."
Tedros hesitated before swapping the two trays. "Just give that plate to her-- and don't tell her I had you swap them."
"A-alright?" Her nervous voice made her statement sound like a question.
Dot left, leaving him in his lonely cabin... still thinking about the mermaid in his brig.
He missed the weight of her head on his shoulder. It was strange. He'd never felt like this before... he didn't know what it was. Or what it meant.
It scared him.
He heard a shy knock on the door. When he opened it, it was Dot.
Dot nervously smiled.
"What?" He said, know she'd done something.
"Well..." she held it in as long as possible. "IsortakindatoldAgathathatyouswitchedtheplatesbecauseyoudidn'twhatherhavingsoggyvegetables!"
Dot'd hoped that speeding up her voice would stop him from hearing her words, but he heard
"YOU TOLD HER WHAT!" He roared.
Dot winced. "I said--"
"I know what you said, Dot." Tedros said, falling onto his sofa and putting his head in his hands.
Dot stood awkwardly in the doorway, pretending to examining her boots, in hopes to make this less awkward.
"Please, leave me be, Dot." He moaned.
"Yes, captain." She said, and scurried off.
Agatha probably thought he was insane, now! She probably thought he was a sap! The worst part about this was he didn't know how he felt about her. If he did like her then why was he taking her to his father? Why wasn't he freeing her--
The door to his cabin opened. It was Chaddick.
"We have arrived."
=====
The moment that their ship docked, Arthur's men came up and barged into the brig. A few moments later, they came out with a sack moving and kicking at them.
Agatha. He could hear her crying. Tedros's heart ached seeing her like this.
He swallowed hard, if it hurt to see her like this, then he didn't want to know the pain of seeing her skinned.

I'm sorry it was so short. :/
I would have put it in the next chapter, it's just the next one is long, and all Sophie's and Pan's POV.~Jen
