He sat and waited, his son usually took about half an hour to get here from his home in the nearby town. Jungkook hoped his wife wouldn't mind, it was pretty late after all.
He sighed and looked out into the vast farmland he and Taehyung had developed. His eyes roaming over the machinery that had provided their livelihood, but now sat dormant, they used to run a successful dairy farm, but with the introduction of new built supermarkets and international shipping of products, there had been little need for home-grown products anymore and the couple had retired about ten years earlier. Not that they had minded, they had enjoyed it just being themselves to care for, and not a nation.
So they sold their animals, apart from Tanni's grandchildren and settled into a life of peace and love, but then Taehyung had started feeling sick, and they had gotten the devastating news that was to destroy their lives. He had fought for two months but it had took him quickly, and now Jungkook was alone only with his memories.
Standing he sighed and walked into his home, he picked up a cd and placed it in the player, pressing play he closed his eyes.
He looks like a blue parrot
Would you come fly to me
I want some good day, good day, good day
Good day, good day
Looks like a winter bear
You sleep so happily
I wish a good night, good night, good night
Good night, good night
Imagine your face
Say hello to me
Then all the bad days
They're nothing to me
With you
Winter bear
Sleep like a winter bear
Sleep like a winter bear
He smiled as he swayed to Taehyung's modified version of his most famous song. The fans got him singing 'She looks like a blue parrot' but he had changed it for him, and he would sing it to him when he felt down. Jungkook always relaxed when Taehyung sang to him, his voice was that soothing.
Jungkook had no idea how long he stood there for, the music had long since stopped but he was still swaying. A hand reached out and touched his shoulder, he turned but there was no-one there, he looked around, he was sure he felt the hand, it felt warm and comforting.
"Tae-Guk?" He called. Silence.
He looked around, saw nothing, confusion building in his broken heart, he felt it, he knew he did.
At that moment, the door opened and his son entered the house.
"Were you just in here? Did you touch my shoulder?" Jungkook asked.
"No papa I just got here now." Jungkook swayed.
The young man rushed to his father's side, grabbing his arm and easing him down into a comfy chair.
Jungkook pushed himself back up and walked around his front room, opening doors and looking around, his son watching him worried for his sanity.
"I felt it, on my shoulder." He said out loud.
"Papa?"
"A hand, a touch." Jungkook was saying to himself.
Not finding anything or anyone else in the house he slumped down into the chair and finally looked at his son.
"Oh hello Tae-Guk, when did you get here?"
"I was here a moment ago, you spoke to me papa...are you ok?"
"I'm fine, my boy, just fine." Jungkook replied, confusion on his face.
Tae-Guk knelt down in front of his father, who was scaring him, he had never seen him like this before, his pappy's death had caused him a lot of pain, he had not been the same since.
"Why are you here? Is something wrong with your wife?"
"No papa don't you remember I called you...you said someone was here."
"Here?"
"Yes, and I said I would come check it out."
"Oh, well there's no one here, clearly, off you go, go home to your wife."
Jungkook said, slowly standing and walking to his bedroom, leaving his son looking after him worry all over his face.

Jungkook wrapped his arms around Tae's waist, his husband was washing up and Jungkook laughed at the gloves he had on.
"What's with the marigolds?" He asked
"I don't know, my hands have been itching a lot lately, I thought this would help."
"Ok, I better go wake the kids." Jungkook said giving Tae a kiss on his neck, earning a groan from his throat.
"Must you do that?"
"Yes." Jungkook said grinning as he jumped avoiding the water Tae aimed at him.
He stuck his tongue out at him and turned continuing to his son and daughters rooms. He opened his daughter's door first, the teenager was sleeping soundly, her body across the bed the wrong way, her arms above her head, Jungkook grinned, Tae slept like that sometimes. He reached her and shook her by the arm.
"Eon Tae, time to wake up...come on."
"Urghh, five more minutes papa."
"No come on, you have school. Up please."
The teenager groaned and shook herself violently in the bed in protest, Jungkook laughed and left the room. Next he opened his son's door and laughed, his son was half on, half off the bed, his legs on the mattress while his body was on the floor.
He pulled out his phone and snapped a picture of him then walked over and picked his light body up and held him in his arms on his lap while he sat on his bed. The ten year old boy stirred, his left eye opened and he looked up at his father, half asleep.
"Papa?"
Jungkook grinned.
"Come on sleepy head, time to get up for school."
"Already?"
"Yes already." He replied, rubbing his nose with his own...a favourite thing between them.
The child yawned and stretched in his father's arms, and nodded.
"Ok papa I'm awake." He clambered of his knee and stood unsteadily. Jungkook grinned.
"Breakfast in five ok?"
"K"
Laughing to himself Jungkook left the room and came face to face with his husband, who grabbed his arms, he looked scared.
"What is it Tae?"
"You must go back"

Jungkook shot up. What was that?
