NOT ALONE. NOT ANYMORE

Oh...no way..Jesus Theo!!!

Then came a knock on my door and came in my mother.

"oh....Mom. when did you come? Where's dad?"

"we came last night. You both had got me so worried. And you got drunk!! Thank god it was with Theo. NEVER GET DRUNK ALONE!! Copy that?"

"YES SIR...."I just couldn't hold my laugh behind. But she had the same serious look on her face with her hands crossed.

"Yeah...yeah...I won't. I promise...and don't worry, I was with my friends and not alone. So mom....you changed me into the pajamas?"

"Yeah. Why?"

I giggle. "Nah...nothing."

"Get ready and come down for breakfast. You got classes today." Then she closed the door and head downstairs. I got up quick and had a nice shower. i had a bad headache. Must be the booze of yesterday. I got dressed and went downstairs. On the days when mom and dad visit, we all sit together and have our breakfast. A proper breakfast. I finished it, took my bag and keys. I walked to the door when dad just snatched my keys away.

"No bike today. Theo is gonna drive you to school today."

I gave an annoyed look. Theo was standing right behind mom. He smirked at me and the three of them (Sara, Jake and Dad) were giving him a thumbs-up. He walked past and stood beside me and put his arm around my shoulder to pull me close.

Then with that wicked tone of his, "we better get going. My baby doesn't like being late."

It was obvious for me to sulk throughout the ride. But I failed as soon as Theo started to sing along the radio. He was tryna do something like Spanish rap. That was just irresistibly funny.

We got to school and walked in. We had different classes so I walked to mine alone.

Following our routine, Mia and Joe were with me during lunch break. Mia was on the phone chatting.

"Who is it?"

"Nah. It's a group chat of....the...green club."

"Ohh."

Joe was having her milk and just looking around. Then she turned to me, I was writing. I faced her and then she was completely in her 'who is the guy' mode.

"I saw you in the morning, stepping out of a blue sports car with the hottest guy of our whole university!! When did it all start? I hate that you didn't tell anything even to your best friends."

"Oh god! There is nothing to tell. It's just that my mom took away my bike keys as a punishment for getting drunk yesterday. I was forced to come with Theo. See!! I had no other choice."

"Hmmm....still. you were the one who always talks about how annoying Theo is. And you were like 'I am never going near him' and 'I hate him' type. But...I'm pretty sure that you were smiling and talking to him all the way to the corridor. You both looked all blushed and extremely happy together. So ,tell me. What's going on?

"Oh come on....Argghh. What is this for? Is it because I smiled at him the way to school?"

"Nope. It's because he's walking to us right now. Oh yeah! He's gonna talk to you. OR... he might even ask you out on a date. OMG...I'm excited.

"Jesus! Mary! Just stop it! We live in the same house."

Right at that moment, Theo walks in.

"Hey Joe! Where's Sam? He left his valet on the ground. Too irresponsible. You better get it to him."

I couldn't control my laugh and so burst out till I couldn't breathe. I could see Theo staring at me.

"Someone has gone mad I see." I gave him a 'is it so' look and said, "Someone was saying that there is something going on between us. Right Joe?" I smirked at her. I could clearly see the way she was completely flushed. Then Theo just bends down till his lips touched my ear and whispered, "Then there is something". The way he told them just got me electrified. Then he just walks away casually. While turning he made sure that his shoulders rubbed against mine almost knocking me off balance. My laugh was completely turned into a shy blush automatically. I was trying my best to keep a plain 'nothing happened' expression. Joe was laughing her ass out on seeing my face.

"See....your blushing dear!"

"Oh...what happened? What did I miss?" now is when Mia gets time to lift her head from her phone.

"Too late"

"Ohh guys...tell me..please..please..please"

The bell rang, so I rushed to my class as fast as I could.
