Ashnikko is describing the feeling of being shamed for wearing revealing clothing even though it's the body and skin she was born with. There's a stigma about women only wearing revealing clothes in order to be picked up by men, hence her being asked why she is styled like that.
Many women around the world share Ashnikko's sentiment, as they are usually the victims of unwanted attention from men. All they want is to exist without the constant fear of harrassment (or worse).
