Nabisco is a manufacturer of cookies and snacks known to the world by their best-selling cookie, Oreo.
He is saying he's cool and "hard" but Ashnikko can see he's not really and that his persona "crumbles" like a Nabisco snack.

You wanna hold a gun but they made you a pinup:

During the 1920's wartime Pinups were made to encourage men to "be a man" and join the military yet women themselves were not allowed to join the effort (until the last 2 years of war efforts).

Ashnikko's referencing the well-known trope of the man always winning a (giant) stuffed animal from arcade or carnival games for his date as represented in countless movies and TV shows. She tells us she wants one but that she doesn't need a man to get one further cementing the fact she doesn't need anyone else to be happy or successful.
