It was another rainy late night in Gotham. most people would be asleep but Mrs. y/n wayne. she was sitting in her bedroom reading. but she couldn't seem to keep her mind on her book for 2 main reasons. 1. her husband bruce was out by himself in the rain. 2. y/n didn't want him out when jokers running around as bruce doesn't have any of the boys with him. (not that he hasn't fought him before she's just worried)
so about an hour had past of trying to read when a faint knock on the bedroom door. " come in" the h/c women as the wayne family's elderly butler/ grandfather walked in the room witch was only faintly able to see with the small lamp on.
"My apologies miss but master bruce would like you to come see you in his study" alfred said before he closed the door and left. y/n then got up and fixed your f/c nightgown and stared to walk to bruce's study. as she walk down the dark hall ways of the Manor she only stoped a few time to check on the boys as she past their rooms. y/n got to the study she opened the door. y/n saw her beloved husband trying to clean his wounds on his back and shoulders.
"Bruce what happened?" y/n asked with worry in her voice since this was the worst she had seen him for awhile. then she she shut the door and stared to help clean his wounds on his back. as bruce stared to rap his wrist with some medical tape ( i forgot what's it called sorry).
"do you want the long or short version?" bruce said sarcastically as he contiued to rap his wrist.
"Bruce" y/n said in a warning tone of voice.
"joker had a mother and son traped in a abaned houses. as I was capible to get the son out and give him to his father. I went back in to get his mouther and talia jumped out from behind me and attacked me" he said as you finshed patching him up.
"come on let's get you to bed." y
said with a small sigh they walked back to their shared room.
* time skip*
it was 8:15 am y/n had all ready got the boys up and ready for work / school. but bruce was still in bed witch was odd for him. she walked up the stairs and down the halls to her and bruce's room. y/n walked over to him to find he was sleeping peacefully. but it was time to mess that up.
"bruce honey time to wake up." y/n tried to wake him up but only got him to roll over. "bruceie wake up it 8:25 the boys are gone and you should be up working" y/n said as she lightly pushed him. but bruce only grunted slightly.
so y
climed on to his chest and said "bruce wayne wake up!!" y
yelled as she pocked his cheek.
" as i love it when your on top of me but your hurting me darling off" the dark haird man said with a small smirk the as soon as she was off him he turnd to face her and closed his eyes. " 5 more minutes" then bruce was a sleep again.
" fine but only 5" y/n said as she walked out the door. then when she came back 10 minutes later bruce was up dressed and working in one of his offices.
