Third Person Pov

Week passed Jeonghan and Wonwoo had gotten closer than before. On the other hand, Jeonghan and Joshua hasn't seen each other for the past few days. Joshua thought it was a good idea to stay away from Jeonghan for a few days or weeks even, because the pain is getting worse everytime he saw and he is with Jeonghan, he thought staying away can reduce the pain. Each day he throw up some flowers and the pain is getting worse day by day

Joshua is studying for his final exam until he felt his stomach clenched as he covered his mouth and immediately rush to the bathroom not even bothering to lock the door. He kneeled in front of the toilet and throw up. Joshua was sobbing a quiet loudly trying to endure the throbbing pain in his chest. The vomiting finally stop but his sobs didn't, he slowly open his eyes wiping his tears in the process once he open his eyes completely he saw some daffodil petals again mixed with fresh blood. He started to quietly sob at the messed he made. The display may look beautiful but meant sorrow

"Joshua" Joshua immediately look up and wipe his tears on his eyes as he cleared his throat getting ready to respond to the familiar voice outside the room

"Y-Yeah?" He answered trying not to shutter but ended up failing anyways but fortunately the guy didn't seem to notice

"I'm coming in okay" The other male voice got louder indicating that he went closer to the door making Joshua panic

"Wait, don't I'm inside the bathroom" He plead, obviously panicking

"Okay I'll wait you at the living room, I guess" The voice slowly faded away , light sound were made from the contact of the guy feet and floor

Joshua sigh in relief and carefully move to pick up the flowers that fell from the toilet

He stood up and throw the flowers on the garbage can and flushed the toilet were the other flowers were. After disposing the flowers he turned to the mirror to look on his own reflection in pity, it was only a few weeks when he got the disease yet he look like he suffered for years because of how skinny he looks, the bags under his eyes got darker making it visible to see even from afar

He sigh in disappointment as he tried to fix his appearance. He tried to put some concealer on his face that he bought few days ago to cover his large dark bags under his and luckily it worked

He lazily went downstairs to greet a happy Seungcheol

"Joshua what took you so long? I've been waiting for ages Do you know what time it is already? It's 3:31 in the afternoon and I've been waiting like for 10minutes already! Jesus Christ Joshua Hong!" The older nags while Joshua just rolled his eyes not even bothering to listen to a single word that the older said

"I've noticed you got skinnier that you used to be, are you even eating? Please tell me you do" Seungcheol ask the youngerz worry and concerned expression plastered on his face

"Of course I eat, I won't be able to survive life if I didn't" Joshua sarcastically replied as he rolled his eyes at Seungcheol, which Seungcheol also replied him with a eye roll

"But seriously though, do you even eat at the right time? It's important to eat your meals at the right time you know, are you skipping meals?" Seungcheol ask, again Joshua swallowed the lump on his throat as he stared at the worried facial expression of his Hyung

"Uhmm, N-no" He quietly muttered, his head hanging low. The older sigh and messed his own hair

"You should not skip meals Joshua, it's not good to your health for Dogs Sake!" Seungcheol nagged again, Joshua couldn't do anything but to sigh

"Let's go to a cafe or something, I'll treat you" The older beamed excitedly, his eyes turning into small crescent because of his smile

"No thanks hyung, I already eaten. Maybe next time alright? Why won't you go out with Jihoon?" The younger ask teasingly while smirking. Seungcheol's face immediately turned red hearing his long time crush name

Joshua actually want to eat with Seungcheol but the problem is he couldn't eat properly anymore because of the disease he's suffering now

"You kid, how could you tease your handsome Hyung" Seungcheol frowned and pouted like a kid while crossing his arms and soon turning to his right. While Joshua he just giggled at his childishness which he actually find it cute

"Oh come on Hyung, I know you like Ji--" Joshua's voice were cut off by the loud sound that was made by the door

"Josshhuuuaaaa" Joshua's eyes widen when he saw the boys smiling face. Joshua started panicking as he felt the lump on his throat go up his mouth. He was about to throw up but decided t9 swallowed it

No not now, Joshua say in his mind still panicking

"Joshua I missed you" Jeonghan exclaimed as he ran and embrace Shua's thin body

"H-Hey" Joshua didn't know what to do at this point. He thought and decided to hug the older back

"Where's my 'I miss you too'? Did my best friend not missed me?" Jeonghan pouted, Yeah Best Friend. Joshua says in his head

"I miss you too Jeonghan Hyung" He replied, the older smiled brightly finally getting the answer he wanted from his best friend

"Hi Jeonghan" Seungcheol exclaimed from behind Joshua making Jeonghan's attention divert from Joshua "Hey Cheollie" Jeonghan greeted cheerfully

The two, Seungcheol and Jeonghan are having a nonstop conversation about something while Joshua was lost on his own thoughts. Both Seungcheol and Jeonghan notice and decided to talk to the younger

"Hey Joshua you seem to be spacing out? What's wrong?" Joshua immediately snap out of his thoughts when heard Jeonghan's voice. He look at the two who had worried faces on their face

Joshua lightly shook his head "It's nothing, I was just thinking of uhm... What should I eat for Tomorrow... Yeah that's it" After finishing his sentence he then gave a reassuring smile. The two older seem to believe it and went back to their conversation

"So how was you to Wonwoo?" Joshua immediately look at the two "Wonwoo is really great, Even though his jokes were kind of cheesy, he's still fun to be with. He's kind and caring too" Jeonghan happily exclaimed. Joshua once again felt a lump on his throat

"You really love him don't you?" Seungcheol said "Yeah, I love him so much. I can't wait until he will become my boyfriend" Jeonghan said dreamily. This time, Joshua can't handle the flowers coming out. He ran to the bathroom at the second floor and started throwing up on the floor

Footsteps could be heard from the outside of the room but Joshua didn't seem to notice it for he was focusing too much in crying

"Joshuaa!!... JOSSHHUAAA!!"
