CLASS TRIAL
ALL RISE!
"Let's begin with a brief explanation of the Class Trial!" Monokuma begins, sitting on his large throne-like chair "The result of the class trial will be determined by all of your votes. If you can point out the culprit, then only the culprit will be punished. However, if you vote for the wrong person, everyone except the culprit will be punished. And only the culprit who deceived everyone will be spared and will graduate!"
"Where do we even start?" Ichiro sighs.
"I want to figure out the cause of death first." Ren says "If we know that, it will make things a lot easier."
"But the Monokuma file didn't mention a cause of death." Maeko groans "We're so fucked!"
"Aw, don't give up, Haseyama-chan, I'm sure we can figure something out!" Aika smiles.
"There has to be something..." Kaida mutters "Suzuki-kun did bleed from his mouth. Maybe he had internal wounds?"
"So he bled to dead from the wound in his mouth?" Maeko asks.
Ren shakes his head "No, I don't think he bled to death from it. There wasn't a lot of blood."
"I don't think that's true." Kaida speaks up "Didn't you listen to Haseyama-san? She told you, right? There was blood in the sink in Suzuki-kun's room."
"Still, was it enough for him to bleed to dead?" Ren questions.
"We can't say how much he bled. He could've been bleeding a lot... and washed the blood away!"
"No, he didn't wash the blood away. The sink was completely dry." Ren points out.
"It was?" Kaida rubs her forehead "Sorry, I wasted our time."
"You didn't, you might've gotten us on the right track. I think Suzuki-kun might've had internal wounds, that's why he was coughing up blood in the first place."
"But why was he b-bleeding?" Yukiji wonders.
"If you get stabbed you cough up blood, maybe he got stabbed?" Maeko suggests.
"If he did we would've found the wound." Ichiro says.
"Maybe he got stabbed in the fucking mouth."
"How could the culprit have pulled that off?"
"They didn't." Kaida states "It wouldn't make sense to do that."
"Then how did the culprit damage his internal organs?" Aika asks.
"Maybe they poisoned him." Ichiro suggests.
"Th-that's not possible, all b-bottles in the chemistry lab were f-f-full." Yukiji tells them "They c-couldn't have obtained a poison."
"There might have been a way." Ren says "Hey, Monokuma, did helping the culprit with their murder include giving them supplies?"
"Who knows!" Monokuma responds "That's between me and the one who got the motive!"
"Let's assume that it's the fucking truth." Maeko sighs "I can't think of another cause of death."
"We'll go with that for now. If it turns out to be wrong we can always find another way." Ren decides.
"The next question is, which poison did the culprit use, and when did they have a chance to give it to Suzuki-kun?" Kaida wonders.
"Maybe it was a gas!" Aika beams.
"The culprit could've killed all of us if they used gas. We're in a closed building." Ichiro points out.
"Th-then they must've used a l-liquid or solid p-poison." Yukiji thinks out loud "That way th-th-they could control the p-poison."
