Chapter 28

Elle's POV

I was hurt.

I was broken.

I was so sad.

But I was mad too.

Angry at myself for being fooled.

I shouldn't have trusted him.

What happened was a mistake...

the biggest mistake I have made.

"I'm back." V smiled and I glared up at him, making his smile vanish.

"What's wrong?" He asked sitting down.

"Did you have fun?" I asked trying to show a fake smile.

"W-well yeah, I enjoyed talking to you tonight." He said, unsure about why I asked that all of a sudden.

"Did you have fun making a fool out if me Taehyung?!" I asked, glaring at him.

"What? I don't know what you're talking about?" He furrowed his brows.

How dare he act so innocent?

"How much did you get for the bet?" I asked and his face changed.

He realized what I was talking about.

"What's next? Sleeping with me? How much money will you get for that?" I asked raising my voice a bit.

"Elle, it's not what you think it is." He said and I nodded.

"Yes... It is exactly what i think it is, but it's fine. Thank you," I said grabbing my bag, I need to get out of here. There's no way I will cry infront of him. "Thank you for reminding me that I shouldn't trust people or get my hopes up again." I said getting up.

"Elle, please no, listen to me." He said walking after me.

"Don't follow me." I yelled and the security at the doors noticed my discomfort and stopped V.

I pulled my phone out and dialed the first number I could see,

"Hello?" The voice said from the other side.

I realized it was Kevin from The Boyz, my best friend since debut.

"Please come get me." I said and just bursted to tears.

"Miss, are you okay?" The waiter from the restaurant came running with a blanket and put it around me.

"I am not okay." I said and he stood there by me in silence until Kevin came.

He was with his manager and told me to get inside the car.

I got inside and they started driving me home.

"No... stop by McDonalds. She's hungry." Kevin told his manager and I managed to smile through my tears. 

He knows me so well.

After getting me McDonalds they drove me home.

"Look, don't be sad okay. It's going to be fine." He said giving me a hug.

I told him everything that happened.

"You are strong okay? Don't forget, you're a queen." He winked and I smiled nodding.

I shouldn't be sad.

"Elle?" Luna asked squinting her eyes to see if it was really me as I walked up to the house.

I got inside the house, her following after me, and the girls running to the door to see what happened.

"From now on, I don't want to hear anything about Kim Taehyung. Okay?" I asked throwing my bag to the side.

"Elle, what happened?" Sohee asked and Kevin walked inside the house.

"Now that Kevin is here, he will explain." I said, not having the energy to talk anymore. I just want to be alone.

I was sad beyond imagination.

My phone started ringing and his called ID popped up.

I took a deep breath and threw my phone down the stairs once I was up there.

I don't ever want to see him anymore.

Sohee's POV

How dare he do that?

I was so pissed.

"How dare you?" I yelled at V through the phone.

"Sohee please listen." He pleaded.

"No, you listen to me. Don't you ever call her again. Or ever come infront of her again. You hear me?" I yelled and before he could say anything else I hung up.

"I swear I didn't know." Lisa said, a tear rolling down her face.

"The last thing I wanted was for Elle to get hurt." She pouted, sitting beside Jisoo who hugged her.

Kim Taehyung's POV

"Dude seriously? How could you do that?" Jungkook asked, looking hurt.

"Dude, not even you too. I swear I didn't do that." I said looking at the guys, "I mean I did but not in that way you know of. The dude was trying to fool Elle and sleep with her. The only way to get him off of her was to make that bet and have her kiss me first." I explained.

"Wow, good job." Namjoon said clapping his hands sarcastically.

"All you could have done was tell us and we'd let him know his place." Suga rolled his eyes.

"He put drugs in her drink. When she left the party early I thought he took her." I said trying not to think about the panic at that time.

"Listen that is still wrong. How will she believe you again?" Jin asked looking at me sadly.

"I have no idea. I messed up but... I don't want to lose her. I will figure out a way for her to forgive me." I said sitting down.

"Good luck... because tonight they're going to the U.S." Jimin said putting his hand on my back.

There was no way she is leaving this country while being sad and saying she's not worth more than just a bet.

I will get to her before she gets on that plane.
