Chapter 52

Elle's POV

I turned my head away from him.

"Taehyung! We broke up!" I told him and tried to get past him but he grabbed my arm and pulled me back, his other hand on my waist, securing me to his body.

"I know... But I can't help it. I miss you." He said looking down at my eyes.

I couldn't stare into his eyes.

"Why are you doing this to me Taehyung?" I whined, "Why are you making this so hard for me? You said we should break up and we did, what do you want now?" I asked my eyes getting teary.

"I want us to get back together." He said sternly and I chuckled.

"You think I am some kind of toy Taehyung? One day you tell me we should break up, the next you tell me we should get back together." I shook my head, as much as I love him, I can't do this.

"No, Taehyung. You made a decision, stand by it." I said and pulled my arm away from his.

"Elle! Please. I realized how stupid I was for letting you go." He said behind me, but my vision was all blurry with my tears as I left him behind.

I walked close to the stage and took a moment to collect myself, making it seem like I didn't cry at all.

I am an idol, and it's time I do my job.

We got on stage and, not because this is my group or whatever, but we did a great fucking job, and I was proud of us all.

Kweens did a great job.

Win or no win.

Going backstage again was definitely a challenge.

But I managed to avoid Taehyung and focus on my girls.

--- Days Later ---

"So, they thought of you as the perfect main character, what do you think?" The manager looked at me, with hope in her eyes.

I had just gotten an offer for my first korean drama and I was so down for it.

The story was definitely interesting and something I would definitely try.

"I am down!" I smiled and she got up from her chair, cheering.

"You are going to be in a drama!!" She laughed while jumping up and down.

I don't understand what the big deal is but, yeah I'm going to be in a drama.

Holy shit!!

I'm going to be in a drama.

I'm shook!

Is this for real?

"Appart from the schedule that you girls got, we will be starting our own survival show and you will be judges there along with Blackpink!" Ji Nee announced and we looked at each other.

"Wait! Survival show? Is it girls or boys version?" Sohee asked.

"It's a boys version. You will be their teachers and trainers." Ji Nee said and the girls started freaking out.

"This has been my dream! To teach someone!!" Annie jumped up and down excitedly.

"Let's get started tomorrow girls. We have to do a photoshoot for the survival show logo and a trailer." Ji Nee said and we were dismissed.

All the way home the girls kept on talking about the survival show and us being teachers and trainers of trainees in our agency

I was so excited too...

Maybe working will help me forget all about Taehyung...

At least that's what I hoped for.
