I was awake. That what I remember. Then I felt like I was...was...
What happened? Did I pass out?
I try to get up. Ugh. I feel..weird...
Everything feels....fuzzy.. asleep.
"He's stable. Took a big hit from the baddies, but he'll be ok."
"I can't believe what James did. It was irrational sure, but incredible."
"He's lucky to be alive, with his leg all mangled like that."
"Jamesons heart rate has sped up."
"James? You ok?"
I open my eyes. Everything feels fuzzy still. I smile.
"Never been better.. Whatever your pumpin' me with is workin doc."
Banner. And a girl? She's pretty.
I'm hooked up to an IV for sure. Pain meds, that's the fuzzy feeling.
"What happened? How long was I out for?"
Banners eyebrows twitch. He frowns.
"About that. James, you've been out for 15 days."
I quickly try to get up. But my body fails me.
15...15 days?
"Rest for now. Maybe later your friends can come see you."
Banner does some minor blood work.
Then he and the girl leaves.
I don't feel like sleeping. But..everything is going dark once again.
