I've been nonstop training for a couple of days now. Is it tiring, yes, but it is just something I have to do to keep fit. I didn't that think that it was that noticeable until Steff comes up to me while I was at the punching bag "Jesus James, did you get any sleep last night" "ahhhhhh, about an hour" "only an hour, James what have you been doing" "this" "James, stop or you're going to kill yourself" "but I need to do this, I have two big matches I can't mess up" "yeah, but you have to look yourself too". "It looks like it was caused dehydration and a lack of sleep" I start to come to and see the doctor, Hunter and Steffanie staring down at me. I sit up "what's happening" "take it easy James, you passed out while training" "he will need someone to drive him home" "I will" "are you sure Steffanie, I can find someone else to do it" "I'm sure, I'll bring him to my house and l will take care of him" "good girl, make sure he gets rest and water" "I will".

Steff helped me to the car and drove to her house. When we got to her house she called for Cheree to open the as she helped walk. "Jesus, what happened" "James just showed how much of a fucking idiot he is". Steff brought me to the guess room and dropped me on the bed "now go to sleep" she says as I already went to sleep when my head hit the pillow.

Around 3 hours I wake up and go to get some water. When I went to the kitchen Cheree was in there getting some water as well. "So are we going to talk about what happened" she completely ignored me, I get closer to her and put my hand on top of hers that was on the counter "please Cheree". She pulls her hand away and moves further away from me.
