In-ring return

It was 7AM in the morning and me Cheree were in bed when someone was knocking on the door "can you go get that James" "fine". I get up and still being half asleep walk to and open the door. I rub my eyes to adjust them to the light, once I remove my hands from my face and see Steffanie and Adam making out right in front of me. I quickly shut the door and walk back to my room and climb into bed "who was that" "it doesn't matter". The knocking at the door began again "it's your turn" she rolls her eyes and goes to the door, I hear open and quickly shut the door.

"You couldn't atleast give me a heads up" I laughed as she walks back into the bedroom. The knocking starts again "ok guys we've had our fun, can you let us in now" "ok, but if you're lying we're going to kick your asses". Cheree opens the door and lets them in, they both go over to couch and start talking.

"Hey James, has Hunter told what's happening after takeover" "nah, he has only told me what's going at takeover" Adam looking at me with a smirk "really" "yeah why" "no reason". After a couple of hours of talking and watching movies we left for the show.

(1 hour later)

I was in my locker room watching the match going on trying to get myself ready. It was Cheree vs Mia yim, Mia had Cheree in the corner but the ref separates them and Cheree takes the pad of the top turnbuckle off and rams Mia's head into it and pins her. They continue to fight into the crowd into a production area, where there's two tables. Mia suplexs her through one of tables but Cheree's head clipped the other one.

My heart dropped when I saw Cheree wasn't moving. Stood still when it went to comical. I waited a bit to make to the doctor's room, where Cheree was getting checked. I sat on the bed with Cheree and wrapped my arm around her "you ok" "yeah I'm fine" "really" "yes, now stop worrying" "hell no, you just got your head cracked open" "I think you're upset because I'm more hardcore than you" "pfft whatever".

The doctor came in and did a few test and said that she didn't have a concussion but should be careful. I get called to gorilla and kiss Cheree before going there.

Tommaso had me setup for the willows bell but I got pulled to the outside by Adam Cole and Roderick Strong while Bobby Fish and Kyle O'Reilly attacked Tommaso. The ref called for the bell as Bobby and Kyle hit the high low and I was thrown into the stairs by the other two. Adam then got in the ring with a mic "if these two are the best we have then I shouldn't have to defend my title until we find actual competition for me".

William Regal came out with mic as well "Adam, how long have you been here and still realize that the stunt will end with a triple threat match, and just to make it 100 percent fair if the undisputed era or anyone else comes out and helps you, you will be stripped and the match will be restarted without you".

The crowd cheered loudly as the undisputed era was arguing with Regal and the show went off air.
