After Waverly stormed out Nicole quickly apologised to Perry and Shae telling them that she had to leave. Shae seemed to be disappointed but pretty understanding, she couldn't say the same for Perry though. He definitely was pissed off but Nicole couldn't care less. He rolled his eyes and huffed but she was more worried about Waverly to say anything to him.

She power walked outside to where her car was parked and spotted a very pissed off looking Waverly leaning against the passenger side of the door waiting with her arms crossed over her chest. Nicole was a worried mess. Waverly never ever got mad at her so this was a completely new thing to her and Nicole had literally no idea on how to approach Waverly.

She decided to very slowly make her way over to Waverly waiting for Waverly to notice her first. Nicole didn't want to have to make the first move. Waverly finally looked up saw Nicole, her grumpy face remained the same she just simply turned around facing the car door and placed her hand on the handle waiting for Nicole to unlock it. Shit.

Nicole walked over the driver's side and unlocked the car sliding into her seat cautiously. She felt like any sudden movement would upset Waverly so she started up the car and immediately turned off Fifth Harmony CD that had automatically started playing and blasting through the speakers. Waverly didn't say a single word.

Waverly even turned her body facing away from Nicole which felt like a slap to the face. Nicole felt pretty helpless. "Do you want the aircon on?" Nicole tried to see if small talk was going to help the situation.

She looked to her side and saw Waverly facing the window not even bothering to give the redhead a glance. "I really don't care." Waverly spoke in a hostile tone. Oh okay, so that definitely didn't work out. Nicole wanted to reach out and hold her hand and talk things through but Waverly doesn't seem like she would be open for that at the moment. Nicole was still very confused about why she was upset in the first place. Shae never said to Waverly about Nicole being gay so that surely couldn't be it.

The whole drive home consistent of Nicole looking to her side trying to read the younger brunette and Waverly looking out the window avoiding even giving Nicole a single glance being stubborn. Nicole had to keep checking to make sure she was still alive and breathing because she was that quite.

Each second that passed by was suffocating. Nicole was sure that Waverly had felt it to. Once Nicole made it to Waverly's driveway she decided that enough was enough, she and Waverly were going to work through this. They would not go to sleep angry at each other.

Waverly tried to open the door only to have Nicole lock it so she couldn't leave. "Hey! What the heck are you doing!" Waverly shouted clearly very pissed off. Waverly just wanted to go home and sleep and not even think about today.

"I want to talk to you." Nicole stated calmly trying to keep her cool even though on the inside she was completely freaking out. "Yeah. And I want to sleep so let me out, Nicole." Waverly finally turned to Nicole death glaring her. Nicole had only seen this look given to creepy men who would throw sexist comments at her older sister. So it was safe to say Nicole was in deep shit. "No. Not until we work out whatever it is that happened to make you this upset with me because I reallyyy don't like the fact that you are upset with me.. or just upset in general."

Waverly's face softened for a split second "you didn't even-... she just... ugh just let me out, Nicole! We can talk in the morning." Waverly yet again tried to open the car door with more force this time around groaning loudly when it still wouldn't open. Waverly was becoming insanely frustrated and just couldn't seem to find the right words to say which only caused to more frustration.

Nicole unbuckled her seat belt tuning to fully face Waverly leaning in closer. "I'm not letting you out this car until we have sorted out whatever happened." Waverly gave an eye roll at that remaining quite. "Okay, so clearly you don't want to talk so I'll just throw out some ideas and you can just nod along or you could even give me a thumbs up or down that'll work to" Nicole spoke sending Waverly a goofy smile showing off her dimples hoping to ease the tension. The corners of Waverly's mouth moved upwards a little but she quickly frowned again creasing her eyebrows when she caught herself going to smile at the redhead.
