I'd like to start out by apologising for the infrequency of my letters lately. I really don't have the energy to write, but that doesn't matter when it's about you. I won't stop writing you letters telling you that I love you and care about you. I don't care how exhausted I am or how much it hurts or how bad I feel, I won't let you down.
At least, I'll try not to. I won't promise, because promises are made to be broken, but I'll give you my word that as long as I can write I'll write about loving you. You need to know how much you mean to me even when I can't be there to tell you.
