Emma's POV
I reached across my brother taking the remote that was sitting next to him. I switched the Tv on to watch the fight that was currently happening. I stared at the screen in horror as I watched Lady Butterfly beat up mum and dad. They were loosing badly and had been ever since they started fighting Lady Butterfly. Our parents made it really clear that they didn't want my twin brother Louis and I to help fight with them. So here we were sitting in our oversized living room along with our 6 year old brother Hugo.

My mum didn't trust us alone so she called in Hugo's babysitter, her name's Manon and she's now 27 years old. Apparently mum used to babysit her when she was younger, creepy much. I was honestly annoyed because Louis and I are both 15 and more than capable of caring for Hugo, but as I said earlier mum doesn't trust us alone. She knows that we want to go help fight with her and dad but apparently it's all for our safety. What was the point of giving us a miraculous then, wasn't she 15? Manon still hadn't arrived, I assumed she was caught up in chaos.

We watched as Lady Butterfly dragged our weak father and unconscious mother away. Where? we had no idea. Years ago Master Fu renounced himself as a Guardian therefore loosing his memory of our parents in the process so mum was now the new guardian. She told me that if anything were to happen to her and dad we were to hide the miracle box. Mum told me the code to open it just in case.

"Louis Lady Butterfly will be looking for us next we need to get out of here!" I warned my brother.
"Good idea Em."
Louis grabbed Hugo and I ran to the bookshelf. I pushed 'The Little Mermaid' book further into the shelf where it hit a button, and the whole bookshelf opened like a door revealing a secret room. Only the 4 of us knew about it, Hugo is too young and would blab about the secret room. I walked over to the far side where I punched in the code to the safe. I saw the miracle box siting there finely polished with all of its miraculous's except for the moth's, (mum and dad beat Mayura and Hawkmoth but lost the moth miraculous in the process) and of course the Ladybugs and the Black Cat's.

I pressed my thumbs on the 2 dragons which opened to reveal a code lock. I then pushed the code in which caused the box to open. I took the bunny miraculous, I was really grateful that Auntie Alix was away in Canada for her skating tournament which caused her to renounce her miraculous temporarily. It was the only miraculous I could use to pull off my plan. I then grabbed a couple maps and Alix's special debit card used for different time periods. I locked the safe putting the Grimoire in there too.

"Emma we need to leave now! Take the miracle box!"Louis shouted across the room struggling to keep hold of a fidgety Hugo.
"Louis we can't and you know that! We have our miraculous's and the bunny miraculous there isn't much time."
"Fine!" He replied clearly not liking the idea.
"FLUFF CLOCKWISE!"
"BURROW!"
I opened a portal and the three of us jumped in, leaving our time to 20 years previously.

Louis's POV
I wasn't to pleased that Emma left the miracle box but she did have a point. It would look really weird if we were wondering around the streets of Paris with it, especially 20 years in the past. Ever since Lady Butterfly obtained her miraculous, Emma and I had planned that if we ever needed help we would go into the past and get the old miraculous crew, I know it sounds kinda stupid but we wanted to get people who have experience and at an age where they won't be distracted, but there were many flaws like revealing their identities, revealing that we're from the future and also looking for somewhere to stay while we look for Master Fu.

As the 3 of us enter the time period we see that not much has changed besides the fact that the city isn't destroyed, and that everyone we know is considerably younger. I felt bad for leaving  Manon, she would arrive and find that we're all gone then she'd probably call mum or dad and they won't pick up as they're transformed.
"Louis where should we look first?" Emma said grabbing out a map and a series of codes. I looked at her in confusion.
"Oh this is a map of Paris and these are clues Mum left on the table on where Master Fu lives she showed me just in case something like this happened." She explained.
"Why does she tell you everything and never me."
"Suck it up purrincess," Emma said giggling.
"Seriously down with the puns your as bad as Dad."
"I'm purrety sure I'm better." I groaned in defeat, was it something to do with the cat miraculous, or did Emma just simply inherit more of dad than mum.

The guardians temple was restored when our parents defeated feast so the miraculous boxes were restored to the temple. After defeating Hawkmoth someone took the moth miraculous from where it fell and is now the new villain called Lady Butterfly. She is much stronger than Hawkmoth was, so my parents went and looked for another miracle box but all they could find was our miraculous's, that was at least all they told us. The miraculous 's weren't as old as the current miraculous's but they at least had the same powers. I own the ladybug's, my Kwami is Plikki and my name is Bugaboy. Emma owns the cat's, her Kwami is Tagg and her name is Katniss, Hugo is to young to own one but I think he'd suit the wolf miraculous that they also found.

After arguing about puns and feeding Fluff the 3 of us headed along the streets trying our best to keep out of sight as we all inconveniently inherited a lot of our parents genes.

Even though Emma and I are twins we're not identical. Emma has long (very long) blonde hair and blue eyes, I have slightly golden brown hair and green eyes. On the other hand Hugo looks just like a boy version of mum. I always get tired on people saying how much we look like our parents. On a day to day basis I get loads of girls come up to me in the school hallways asking for selfies or autographs, that's why my friends Easton, Jess and I had to find somewhere in school that we could hang out without getting bombarded by my parents fans. Emma doesn't get it any easier she's always got boys checking her out at school and it makes my blood boil. At least she's got a boyfriend which keeps them at bay, his name's Leon and he's a really good person.

Please leave some feedback on what I can improve on as I want my writing to be the best it can be. Since this is my first chapter I'll wait a couple days before posting the next part just so I can read some of the feedback and comments as well as make edits. The next part is called 'The Past'
