Max is back inside his home again. He sits down and works on his homework. He finishes early. He goes over to his computer and turns it on right away. The screen lights up immediately and he smiles. He sees the words, "Message received today at 7:45 am, Help me! Somebody Help me! - message from your cousin Marinette." He then sees the words, "Next message at noon, Max help get me out of here! Please! -message from your cousin, Marinette."
Max scratches his head in confusion as he thinks, where are you cousin. He uses the mouse to click on his favorite game ...space invaders and more...First thing he sees when he enters the game is some gold stars. Then, he sees the falling stars which show it is at Level 1.
As Max looks closer at the monitor's screen he almost faints he sees Marinette and hears her scream, "Max have you figured out a way to get me out of her yet?" He knows she inside the game now.
"Cousin, how did you get inside the computer let alone my favorite game?" Max asks. He does this after he gets over the initial shock of seeing her in there.
"I do not know, just get me out here!" Marinette screams. She tries not to let any falling stars hit her at the moment.
Max presses a few buttons.
"The stars quit falling. How did you do this?" Marinette asks.
"Marinette do not panic," Max says in an attempt to calm her down.
"Try to remain calm why I work on finding a way to get you out of there," Max says.
"That is easy for you to say because you are not the one trapped in here! " Marinette says.
"What is the last thing you remember?" Max asks.
"The last thing I recall is I stood up to leave," Marinette answers.
"Then, you hit a button and walked away. When I tried to do the same, I was pulled into the computer screen," Marinette tells him.
"Wow, this is so weird," Max says.
"Look, I will do my best to try to get you out," Max says.
Max hears a knock on the door to his house. He thinks, great the last thing I need is company right now. He works to try to solve this predicament Marinette finds herself in right now.
