Chapter Twenty-Six. TWS

I was about to leave the training room when a flash of red hair caught my eye. I stopped and looked back to see Audrey with a few knives and a gun in her possesion. I smiled to myself as I watched her take down the agents.

"Audrey!" I shouted, shooting the agents coming my way with my gun. She looked over to me breifly and ran over to me. "Glad to see you." I shouted over the sound of bullets being fired. I took her wrist and pulled her out the training room door and up the stairs to the roof.

"What are we doing on the roof for?" she asked as I pulled thr door out of my way. She slowed down when we saw the huge helicariers in the air. Three huge ships were flying over SHIELD headquarters.

"What the hell." I muttered. I looked around on the roof for what felt like ages, watching a battle play out before my eyes. No dought that Thor was either on his way up or already out, helping to take down Hydra. I pulled an ear piece from a pocket on my quiver and put it in, holding down the comunication button to talk. "Anyone copy?" i asked.

"Copy." Tonys voice said.

"Copy." Thor replied within seconds of Tony.

"Copy." Agent Hill said. god I havent heard her voice in so long.

"Anyone have eyes on Steve or Kelly?" I asked deppratly.

"Kelly's on the jet landing. Steve and Falcon are on the helicariers, takinng them down." Hill replied. Her voice was calm until Steve's voice broke my tencion.

"Alpha locked." he said, allowing Hill to know what ship he was on and the one he was now headed for.

"My god Steve. You had me worried to death." I shouted to him. I could hear a faint laugh and smiled to myself. I looked down to the jet landing and saw Kelly and a man with a metal arm following her. The Winter Soldier.

My blood boiled as I watched his stalk her like she was prey. "Thor?" I asked into the ear piece.

"Yes?" he answered right away.

"Get me down to the loading dock for the jets. I have to help out."

"Ok. I'll be up on the roof in minutes."

I looked down over the edge again and saw The Winter Soldier getting closer to Kelly. "Not an option. Catch me." I said, running off the edge of the building. The feeling of the air falling around me was intence. It whipped strands of my hair from my ponytail, making them fly like crazy around my face. I closed my eyes and waited for Thor's arms to catch me.

Soon enough they surrounded me and I was slowed down, no dought in my mind that the impact from his arms could leave bruses. I opened my eyes and smiled at him as we touched the ground. I hopped from his arms and went to run to Kelly but a hand around my wrist stopped me. I turned to Thor. "Be safe. Come back to me in one piece." he said, kissing my forehead. I smiled back at him with a nod of my head and ran after Kelly.

I ran around aimlessly for ten minutes before I saw her cornered by a huge jet and him. I rushed over to them and pulled my gun on the man. "Back the hell away." I warned. To my surprise he stood to his full hight and raised his hands in the air. My eyes flickered to Kelly, making sure she was ok. Big mistake.

I was smaked full force by the soldiers metal arm and was sent flying back into a jet. My back slammed against the windshield of the jet, causing me to loose my breath and my vision go blurry for a minute. I sat up, holding my head. I blinked rapidly for a few seconds to regain my vision.

When I did I jumped off the jet and searched for Kelly. She was still cornered on the same spot with the Soldier infront of her. I moved closer, but still out of eye sight, and pressed my finger to my ear piece. "Kelly? I can see you but he cant see me. Cough once if you can hear me." i said quietly into the reciever. I saw Kelly cough and smiled. "Good. I'm going to be there soon but I need you to distr-" I started again but was inturupted by the Soldier walking away.
