My Roommate's A Vampire- Alren

Ally was in the library, currently studying. It was her second month at college, and she loved every second of it. She made a lot of new friends. Human friends. Her classes were fun, and not overbearing. Maybe because she didn't procrastinate like a certain vampire did.

Lauren was also in the library, getting books for Ally to read that didn't have anything to do with her classes. "I think you'd like this one too." Lauren lays down the book, and Ally looks at the cover. 'Pride and Prejudice.'

Lauren sits in the chair next to Ally and takes her backpack, rummaging around in it to find snacks. "Lauren, they're not in there." Ally mutters as she highlights some things.

"Yes they are, I can smell them." Lauren then pulls out the Mexican candy Ally gets in the mail from her parents. Lauren loved them, "Cant lie to me sugar, my nose doesn't miss a whiff." With that being said, Lauren covers her nose as if someone shoved gas in it.

"Lauren what's wrong?" Ally says as she notices her friends discomfort.

"Hey Ally!" Ally's new friend Dinah comes into view from behind a bookshelf. "Oh hey Dinah, how are you doing girl?"

Ally notices the way Dinah stares at Lauren, "Oh um...nothing much Normani and I had a study date and I just noticed you here...with her."

Ally looks between the two, "Oh you two know each other?"

"I could smell her from across the room." Dinah says, and Lauren rolls her eyes, "I'd rather smell the way I do than wet dog all the time, mutt."

Ally is confused, "Um can you explain to me what is going on here?"

Lauren realizes Ally is oblivious to thing in the world, "You're friend is a werewolf." Lauren says and points to Dinah.

"Wait you know she's a vampire?" Dinah asks.

Ally groans, "Why can't I have normal friends, let's just all be nice, I'm sure werewolves are just as nice as vampires, Lauren stop giving me that look," Ally turns to Dinah, "I don't even want to know if their is a rivalry with the species just everybody get along got it?"

The librarian comes from around the corner to shush the girls.

"Sorry." They all say in unison.

"Fine; see you in class Ally." Dinah says and walks back to her table.

"Bye Dinah." Ally waves and then gathers her stuff. "Here I'll get it for you." Lauren offers, and accidentally pushes some of the books off the table.

"Oh sorry let me get it." Lauren says, but Ally goes down too, "No it's okay, I got it Lo."

The two girls went down at the same time and bonked heads. They look at each other and laugh. "Sorry, here you go Ally." Lauren says and hands the book to Ally. "It's okay, thank you."

Lauren's smile slowly drops when realizes how close they are, and gets a good look at Ally, "You're so pretty." Lauren tells her and it makes her blush. Ally has never had an intimate moment like this, so when Lauren begins to get closer, Ally shoves a book in her face. "Look it's the book you showed me! Let's go check out and make dinner!"

Ally quickly gets up, and shoves everything in her bag then goes to check out. Lauren stayed on the ground confused as hell.
