Ally's eyes fluttered open. She wasn't in any pain. But she was thirsty. Very thirsty. Her throat felt like it was on fire.

She reaches for it and feels ice on ice. Looking at her fingers they look white as snow. Ally tried to think about where she was and what happened.

"Lauren!" Ally shoots up and realizes she's handcuffed to a bed. Lauren's bed. Rushing in the room, Ally sees her friends. Then an awful smell enters the room, she covers her nose, "Oh God what's that smell?"

Lauren smirks at Dinah and Dinah glares, "Oh come on I don't stink that bad." And she walks out. Lauren gets closer to Ally, "Okay baby I need you not to freak out..."

Ally grabs her throat once more, "Why am I so thirsty...Lauren why am I here? I clearly remember the spear going through my body."

Lauren cringes at the memory, "Well when you're an original like me you have venom that can turn a dying person to a vampire."

"Vampire!? Why am I chained?!" Ally felt herself grow quickly aggravated, which was unusual for her. Lauren bit her lip nervously, "Well not totally, you can be human but you can't have blood for the first 24 hours...which is the bad part."

Ally felt her mouth water and stomach growl at the mention blood. Without thinking Ally attempts to get out of the bed, "Which is also why you're cuffed to the bed because you're at your most dangerous right now and the last thing I need is to go after another blood thirsty vampire."

Ally looks to Lauren, "Is she gone?"

Lauren nods, "Yup, burned her body outside of the city while you were out, she's not gonna hurt you ever again."

Ally smiles, "Good...so how many hours do I have?"

"18 left, you were asleep for 6," Lauren says, "You're doing good to be honest, usually by now newbies are-."

Lauren's statement was cut short as Normani walks in, and Ally could smell her blood from here. Ally's eyes go deep red and she nearly tears off Lauren's bed post. Normani screams, "Sorry! I just came to check on her!"

Lauren pins down Ally to the bed, who is thrashing violently, "Get out!"

Lauren does her best but Ally sees the key dangling from her pants. She grabs them and swiftly unlocks her self from the hand cuffs.

"NORMANI RUN!"

Normani heard Lauren from the room and was about to get out of the dorm until Ally slammed it shut. She was about to launch herself at Normani till Dinah got in the way.

Ally threw Dinah to the wall, and when she tried to go at Normani again, Ally was pulled back roughly by her hair, and pinned to the floor by Lauren. "Dinah get her out of here, I'm gonna have to deal with her myself!" Lauren yells and Dinah nods getting Normani out.

"Mani I'm sorry!" Ally yells out as she can't control her body, "It's okay! Good luck Lolo!" Normani yells back as Dinah shuts the door.

Lauren now looks back at Ally who was still trying to get out her grip, "Bahy I need you too look at me." Lauren says and Ally shakes her head.

Thankfully Lauren was strong enough to hold Ally's wrist down with one hand, and she grabbed her face roughly to make her look at her. "Allyson I need you to listen to me." Lauren demands and Ally stills herself. Lauren had never talked to her like that.

"You need to try, you don't want this life not unless you asked but this situation is different...you need to control it."

Ally was a bit turned on, she knew Lauren could rip her apart as a human so she was super careful with her but now Ally is just as strong and Lauren is doing the opposite. She liked it.

Ally stops her movements, "I can't have anything?"

"You could eat an entire store but I'm afraid it won't do anything if it isn't blood," Lauren says, "Let's go take a shower." She suggests.

Lauren gets Ally up and Ally follows. Lauren was impressed by how well Ally fought her hunger. By the end of the day the vampire in her blood will drain and she will be normal again.

Opening the restroom door Lauren almost leaves until Ally says, "You're not gonna join me?" and Ally drops her dress from last night. Lauren crushes the doorknob as she tries not to jump her girlfriends bone right then and there. Ally walks to her and starts to unbutton her flannel.

"If I can't satisfy my hunger could you at least satisfy me?" Ally asks. Lauren suddenly felt hot, which is impossible since she's well you know dead. Lauren gets her clothes off and pushes Ally into the shower.

"I can't promise to do anything right now but I'll surely help you take your mind off of things." Lauren says. She didn't want to take advantage of Ally since she wasn't her usual self.

Ally pulls Lauren to her as they let the water rinse them off. Lauren notices the dried up blood coming off of Ally's body then she sees the wound. It was fully recovered and left a slight scar. Lauren gets on her knees and kisses that spot. It was torture for Ally because Lauren was so close to the spot that needed the most attention.

But deep down she knew now wasn't the time.

The two girls showered together, and Lauren was constantly peppering Ally in kisses, and reminding her how thankful she was to have her.

When it was over Ally felt weak. The lack of food was affecting her drastically.

Ally looks at herself in the mirror and is supposed when she sees Lauren too. Lauren noticed this as well and chuckles, "Oh vampires can see other vampires in the mirror."

Ally looks at her eyes, they look like Lauren's when she hasn't fed. "How do you control it? Lauren I feel like if I started maybe I won't stop." Ally says. "What do you mean?" Lauren asks.

"How do you not drink human blood when you want? How come you're so controlled."

Lauren sighs, "It wasn't easy my first year but I guess I'm different from my species...my morals help me....it's not worth it, the killing, the taking away...believe or not when I bit you I was surprised I even stopped your blood was different but it was the first blood I've had in years."

Lauren admitting that made her feel guilty. Ally puts her hand over Lauren's, "Don't feel sad, Lauren I'm so grateful for you for saving my life."

"But had I been more careful you wouldn't have even been put in that situation...I'm so sorry Ally."

Ally hugs her. "I'm still here, just slightly different."

"I'm surprised how well you're handling this, newborns can barely handle not having blood, you seem like you've been around aslong as I have." Lauren says and Ally smiles, "It's not easy I'll tell you that but the thought of biting someone's dirty neck makes me want to gag."

Lauren laughs, "Let's see how you do the next couple
of hours then..."
