Èva whined at the sight of this. It was starting all over again and she didn't even realize what exactly was happening. Was she harming her with words? No. Couldn't be. Èva neared the cub trying to purr softly. "I won't harm you. I promise that isn't me any more." Èva said trying to calm the cub. But even she saw the flash backs as clear as the sky was now. Every image of the Cub during the process the sounds. Everything was not in favor of Èva right now. She reached out a paw trying to get the cub closer to her.
As the paw reached out the illusion would have hit as hard as the wind on a stormy coast, her claws seemed to extend lashing across the face of the cub causing her to tumble backwards. The puddle of blood forming across the grass while streaks of red and black covered the blades of terrain, "W-why.... W-why do you h-hate me... E-eva... W-why... d-does... it h-hurt... " She was shaking now in the puddle of her own filth, dying slowly while the crimson fluids flowed from her muzzle. So young yet the death was prominent, the scent of decaying flesh began to filter through the air. "Y-your... f-fault..... it was... y-your f-fault..."
She took some steps back shaking. Why did she just do that?! She just did completely the opposite of what she said she was going to do. And now look. She was bringing death upon the Cub yet again. "I-I don't hate you... I can't h-hate you." Èva said softly. She laid down on her abdomen sinking her claws into her head. All she could think about now was the horrified faces of that pride after she had harmed the Cub. Èva couldn't stay here. Miya was right, it was her fault. Maybe she could fix it? She tried to run off. Running to where she could so she could find the pride the cub once was in. Yet even when nearly approaching it Èva had to think of the problem here.
The cub was shaking and as the lioness began to run off the cub began to fade into nothingness... no this wouldn't do, this wouldn't do at all. The spirit followed using her webs of corruption that tethered her to the soul as the lioness was bounding off to the place of the cubs pride. Well then... this would make it all the more interesting. Upon the arrival, the pride land was empty to the sights of the lioness however the 'crying' of a cub could be heard. The air remained frigidly cold around the female, how the spirit delighted in her agony.
The lioness looked around franticly. Only to discover nothing was there. Her ears flattened to her head as she continued to hear the wailing of the cub. "Stop..." She whimpered lowering to the ground. "Stop crying damnit!" She screeched. The sounds of it was driving her up the wall. And Èva could hardly see pass it. With her current mental state she already could see the area painted red again. Leaving her there alone smiling at the mess she created. It was not the proper thought right then, but she had never wanted so badly to shut something up to the point of wanting kill them. "Shut up!" She yelled as the crying continued gaining some well deserved stares and comments from the ones who were around although to her Violet gaze nothing was there.Slowly, the red liquid began to filter up through the dry grass bed showing Eva exactly what she wanted to see. The cub revealing itself in the center of the pride domain, wailing louder... and louder. It looked so frantic, the sound of a heart beat also began to hum in the background behind the lioness another voice appearing back from the grave. "Go on.... you know what to do... if you don't quiet her the others will come... you know what will happen then..." The voice resembled another female, someone of such familiarity that was deadly close to the surface threaten to over take the conscious state. "Do it, or they will come...." The cub withered on the ground helplessly crawling towards the direction of the shadows in the distance appearing to be lions of that pride.
Realistically however, everything was normal... save for the fact there were some very concerned pride members now staring down the orange pelted female who was yelling at herself...
