A few murmurs from technicians could be heard as they were fiddling with the controls. Okay, yes. That's working. But what about that? Hmm...They all continued to mutter confusedly to each other, trying to fix it.

Though it seems that they forgot why they were even trying to fix it in the first place! A senior technician cleared his throat once he entered the room of the busy bodies and it all became dead quiet instantly. "Now, everyone. Have you forgotten what we are testing today? Can anyone tell me?"

Some of the technicians were confused until a woman shot a hand up in the air. "Ms. Evergreen. Go ahead." The woman in question seemed very excited to having being picked, and she adjusted her glasses. "Oh! Justgivemeasecondhere! Hahaha!" The other technicians groaned from her not being prepared but the senior technician shot them a dirty look. "Oh! Here it is! We are testing an RK900 model today. It's serial model is # 313-248-317-298." She closed her notes and smiled brightly, waiting to get praised by the senior technician. "Very good, Ms. Evergreen. Now then, everyone. Come with me, RK900-298 isn't going to test itself."

The rest of the technicians picked up their books, including Ms. Evergreen. They followed the senior technician into an elevator.

SUB LEVEL -50.

The elevator took them to the floor, and they poured out of there, taking notes of their surroundings. "Just please, don't touch anything for the love of God! We just had these RK900s shipped in yesterday!" The senior technician sighed to himself as he led the group to the chamber of where they would be testing their android subject.

Upon entering the room, the technicians flood to their seats behind control panels, ready to activate them at any time. "Okay. Release the subject." The RK900 entered the room, scanning a few faces in the crowd.

"D--Did that thing just scan me?!" Daisy questioned, getting a head tilt from the android. "Well, at least we know it's scanners are working. Proceed!" An AX400 walked into the room, clearly afraid. The android looked at the model, curiously.

The AX400 screamed for mercy as the RK900 got closer to it, but no one would hear it cries tonight. The RK900 grabbed ahold of its neck, its synthetic skin deactivating while it struggled. After a while, it eventually stopped struggling and...stood lifeless. The technicians were impressed, but the senior technician wanted to see what more it could do. So he sent out an RK800.

Ah, it's predecessor. This would be interesting. The RK800 was the first one to strike as the RK900 countered it, making the RK800 stumble back a little. Good, this would give it some room to attack. It didn't have any weapons unfortunately so fists would have to do. The RK900 put its fists up and punched the RK800 in the gut, making the other android stumble again. How curious, why did they feel that? The android looked at the technicians in confusion and they looked as equally confused. A potential deviant? The RK900 began to focus even more now, there was something wrong with this other model now that needed fixing!

The RK900 punched the RK800 again, causing it to groan in pain. It caused to get even more confused stares from the technicians. The RK800 attempted to block the next attack, but was met with a hand around its throat. It struggled for a while before giving up, tears forming around its eyes. It was in fact, deviant. The RK900 looked very confused on the events of what had just happened, before the senior technician came up to the unit gingerly.

"Okay, I would test you more but I think you're all good to go now, -298. Don't you think so?" He opened a holo-panel from his desk, assuring the android to sit down. -298 compiled and looked confused again. "I do not understand, you say that you want to run more tests on me but yet...you wish to send me out on missions already?" The senior technician took a sip of his coffee and he laughed softly. "Well, I think you'll do great, whether we run the tests or not. Now we have....JR100..no, WB400...meh... " He groaned looked through the panel of recent deviants that have gone haywire. "How about a WR400? It was seen leaving the Eden Club through the backdoor, maybe it went through the alleyway or something. I don't know." He laughed softly as the RK900 analyzed the file.

"You got everything you need now?" The senior technician raised an eyebrow at the android, whose LED was still processing. "Yes, I will be there immediately." It stated, walking out of the building and calling for the nearest taxi that was available on this cold and dreary night.
