As soon as i awoke that morning I ran my fastest in awhile to go see Alice. I overheard her talking about the camp being ‘‘Emptied out’’ whatever that meant it made me scared. I could hear big bangs from across the land as the day went by. I felt sick to my stomach that i had to go to see Alice and see what was going on before i was to late. I ran in there and saw her crying, more than i’ve ever seen before. SHe looked as if her life and everything she worked up for just crashed. I wanted to hug her so bad and tell her everything was okay but how could i lie like that to her. I knew deep down everything wasn’t going to be okay and something horrible was coming. She told me she needed my family’s ID’s for something she had planned. I had no idea what was going on but i offered my help anyways since i knew where to find them. I wrote my mothers, brothers, and mine down and ran back to her and gave them to her. She told me that she would mark us all as sick so we didn’t have to march. I agreed hoping she knew what she was doing as i rushed to get the rest of my family. When i got back there was multiple jews in there some i knew and some i didn’t. She was talking to the german guy again who didn’t look so german after i took a longer look at him. Alice finally told me who he was and why he was here. His name is Asher but he gets called Noah. He tricked people into thinking he was a full blooded german and is working with Alice to help save all of us. I was happy she had a plan. I just hoped it would work. As a few hours passed more jews entered the hospital as “sick” and Alice treated them until we were called to leave. They didn’t make us lease for they thought we were gonna die anyways so they just left all of us and “Noah” to keep an eye on us. We had no food or drinks to help us. They really wanted us to die in here. I had hope though for this plan and knew it would work because Alice was a smart girl who never gave up. As i went to sleep that night i could tell the bombings were getting much and much closer to us and i had trouble sleeping with all that noise. I wasn’t the only one many others heard it and started to panic, Alice keep them calm as best as she could and told them not to worry that we wouldn't die in here not yet and that's all i remember hearing before everything went black and i fell into a deep sleep that night. I woke up the next morning to Alice talking to an american soldier.
