Find Myself (part 1)

I walk outside of my room and go to head to the living room until I see a photo in Carlisle's office that catches my attention. I walk in seeing he's not there and smile looking to the picture on the wall. I was him and Esme from what looks to be many years ago in some remote place with a waterfall and trees with exotic flowers covering them. "Beautiful isn't it." A sudden voice startled me. I turn and see Carlisle at my side smiling to the photo "Yeah it is." "Where was this?" I ask and he says "In the Amazon, that's where we meet Senna and Zafrina." I chuckle thinking of them and it's nice to see there home. "Id love to go there, being immortal gives you the time huh?" I ask. He looks of remanesing and says "I've traveled the world several times and each time is like the first. One of the perks of our.. condition." He says. "I want to see the world, all of it." He smiles and says "You'd love it." We turn hearing a knock on the door and see Esme "Ah there you two are."
She says with her usual sweet smile. "Yeah I was just looking at something but I'll leave you two be." I say leaving the room so they could talk.

3rd pov
Esme walks over to Carlisle side and he holds her closely as they both look to the picture with bright smiles. "I'll never forget that trip. It was our first together." Esme says. "Esme?" "Yea." "I think we should take Y/n." Esme looks to him with a wide smile "Oh she'll love it. She's always wanted to see the world." "I know that's why I want to do this. She's just only turned two years ago and I'm surprised she hasn't gone off on her own yet. We all did when we first turned. We needed to experience life on our own and to learn who we want to be in this new life we were given." "What are you saying?" Esme asks confused. "I think we'll take her on the trip and then ask if maybe she wants to go off on her own, she deserves to earn some clarity. Maybe even bring Seth." "I don't know." Esme says concerned. "I know it's worrisome but she deserves some freedom." Esme nods "Oh alright, let's start planning."

"Y/n can you come here!" I hear from downstairs. "Coming!" I shout back. I walk down the steps seeing everyone in the living room including Jake and Seth. "What's going on...?" I ask with a confused smile. Esme walks over to me with Carlisle by her side. "Well after your conversation with Carlisle in his office we decided you should experience the same adventures and freedom we all did our first years as vampires." I raise an eyebrow "What are you saying?" Carlisle smiles and says "Esme, myself, you and Seth will be going to the Amazon for a little getaway and well once it's over we wanted you to decided if you and Seth might want to go off on your own for a while. See some of the world together, have some freedom. Your more than capable to look after yourself I'm sure." I smile and say "Really?" They all nod and I say "And your all okay with this? With me going away for a while?" They all smile and Jasper says "You earned it. Your not getting any younger or older for that matter. Your eighteen now and you can make your own choices." I smile and Bella than says "Just be sure to call everyday, we want to know everything." I laugh and hug them all "Thanks guys!" "Well What are you waiting for go pack." Alice says happily and then adds "With some of my input of course." We all laugh and her and Rose drag me upstairs to my room.

After a good few hours of packing and Alices non stop fashion choices we hear a knock on my door. I look up seeing Seth and smile. "Hey." I say "Hey." He smiles back as we hug each other and then kiss shortly considering we had an audience. "So you ready?" He asks giddily. I laugh at his excitement and say "Yeah, but are you sure you want to come. I mean what about your mom and the pack?" I ask. "They understand, we're just going on like a Uh... vacation." He says trying to find the right words. "Well it's more than a vacation Seth. We're going to the Amazon for a week and then after that Esme and Carlisle are coming back here and then we go of on our own for who knows how long. So I'll ask again, are you sure you want to go?" He looks down then grabbing my hands in his and then back to me "Anywhere you are I want to be to." I smile and kiss him again this time more passionately. "Then let's get ready to go." We head downstairs with our bags and Carlisle says "Are we all ready?" We nod and we say goodbye to everyone until I was lastly by Edward, Bella, Jake, and Ness. I chuckle and hug Edward who gladly hugs back. "Be safe out there, yeah?" I smile and say "Of course. And it's nice to k ow you care." I joke making him laugh. I then go to Bella and she pulls me tightly to her first and I high just as tight. "I'll miss you." She says. I can hear the sadness in her voice but I know she wants me to do this. "I'll miss you to." I pull away as we smile to each other and then look down to Ness who's eyes are glossy. "Oh Ness." I say with a sad chuckle. She runs Into my embrace and I run my fingers through her hair and say "I promise I'll call everyday and I'll even send you pictures and some presents from all over. I want be gone that long, I promise." I say she pulls away and then says "Just promise you'll come back okay." I smile and say "I promise." I laugh at how innocent she is, she's acting like I'll never come back but then again this is hard on her since she's so young and I'm her Bond. "I'll be back okay." I reassure one last time. I was going to get up till I saw she was still sad and look to my wrist seeing my bracelet that matches hers that Jake made for us. "Hey." That got her attention and I pull her wrist next to mine "If you ever miss me remember we're still connected okay. And I'll be just a phone call away." She nods smiling down to our bracelets so I get up and see Jake. We laugh and he says "Don't make this weird." "Only if you wont." I tell him and we hug "Take care of her okay." I say and he nods "Of course." He then says "Look after him yeah." I laugh and say "Of course making him laugh. I can tell he'll miss his pack member. "Well I guess we should get going then yeah." I say to Esme and Carlisle who nod. We all hop in their car and drive away to the air port.

On the way their we talked together about any and everything. "Oh Seth Y/n I almost forgot. These are for you two." I reach forward grabbing the two cards in her hand and say "Oh no you shouldn't." They chuckle and say "Yes we can and we will. You both have unlimited access to one of our savings accounts which I promise is more than enough, it's a gift from us to you to keep for good." I smile handing Seth his who says "Awesome." Seeing his name of the credit card and I look to mine. "Thank you." I tell them and they smile lovingly back as Carlisle says "I've been alive for a very very long time and with my profession you already know I make good money that I never use except for the house. You are now under all of my accounts with full access. Since your still part human you need things we don't do, it's all yours." I look to him wide eyed. "I can't." I say but Esme cuts me off "Trust us, it's not running out any time soon. We just don't want you to ever be financially burdened. We take care of our other children so we will for you as well." I nod reluctantly and can't help but let out a low chuckle and smile before taking Seth's hand in mine than looking out the window.
