Ali POV
I wake up and realize that I'm in my room at Jabez's house, completely forgot that I spent the night here. Then that's when it clicked, I GOT A BOYFRIEND!! I am actually pretty excited because Jabez is technically my first boyfriend. I also like the fact that it's not like a new bond. This relationship is built on years of friendship. I get out of bed to go to the bathroom and wash my face and brush my teeth. I wasn't going to do my whole hygiene since it was the weekend and I didn't need to go anywhere. I walk out of the bathroom and run into Jabez coming out of his room. He gives me a hug and then pulls me into the bathroom. He picks me up and takes a picture on Snapchat. He captions it "I never knew I would be given a life size Barbie doll." Then he tags me.
"Goodmorning baby." I tell him.
"Goodmorning beautiful." He says and tries to lean in and kiss me but I put my hand on his lips.
"Nope. You got morning breath." Then I walk out of the bathroom and go downstairs. I start putting waffles in the oven (sis can't cook, and neither can I), then I pour us some Welch's Grape Juice and grab the syrup out the bottom cabinet. As I was reaching for it, Jabez comes behind me and smacks my ass.
"Ow!" I say loudly.
"That's what you get for not giving me a kiss." He says with his cocky self. But sure enough, I walk around the island and stand on my tippy toes and give him a kiss on the cheek. As I start walking back around, Jabez grabs my arm and pulls me into a kiss. We had a full fledged make out session until Momma V walked in.
"Heyyy! Heyyy! Heyyy! I don't want none of that wear I cook my food!" I turn around and see that she is surprised that it's me.
"Goodmorning momma." I say softly.
"Ali?! Jabez?! Oh I been waiting for this day!!!" She says. Yeah Momma V has always had the idea that Jabez and I would end up together. This must be all too exciting for her. I look up at Jabez who looks relieved that his mom is ok with us.
"So, you're cool with us?" Jabez asks.
"Hell yeah. Just please don't do this in my kitchen. Y'all both have rooms of your own so take that up there. And if y'all decide to go to the next step, use protection please. I'm too young for a grandbaby. Oh and y'all waffles are ready." She says pointing at the oven. I completely forgot about them. After I take them out, I turn around ready to talk to her, but she is gone out the door and getting in her car about to go to work. That's how Momma V works. She says what she has to say, then that's it. And she doesn't have a filter. But you know that she cares because she always shows that she wants the best for you.
"Ok, what's up with everyone thinking that we're gonna fuck? I mean isn't it a little too early? Like we just made this official last night." I say to Jabez.
"Well nowadays, you never know what people could possibly be doing, so it's good to always be careful I guess." He says.
"Well yeah." I say.
"Well eat up. I have plans for us today." He says.
"Where are we going?" I ask him.
"It's a surprise. Just eat and get ready." He tells me.
"Ok." I say. I finish eating. Then I go upstairs to do my hygiene. I throw on an outfit and walk out the bathroom, seeing that Jabez and I were matching from head to toe.

"Why everybody want to copy my style?" I say.
"I saw your clothes laid out on your bed and saw what you were wearing and I thought it would be cute if we matched." He says.
"Awwww. My baby wants to match. That's so cute." I say. He looks away smiling and blushing.
"Come on mamas. I wanna show you something."

I think I'm being too nice with these endings. I'm gonna start the drama soon hopefully. Anyways, school was ok today. But we only have on more day then it's the weekend. Which is my Nutcracker performance!!! I am so happy y'all. But I might update a couple times this weekend. But it's 1:33 and I still have homework.
